Good customer service and great prices. Make sure to sign up for coupons in the mail and email for extra savings and free gift coupons :))) Get there early on weekends to avoid the crowd.

lines are way too long they have enough people to man the registers and they will not bring them out I stood there for 20 minutes trying to check out while two people were on the registers and they have 4 registers there were over 40 people waiting the manager would not come out of his office nor any other clerks from any other part of the store to get this mad rush out

Only 3 cashiers on a sat and each line has over 10 people… Managers need to step it up on weekends. Just left to go to lowes.

Purchased an irrigation pump here. Very helpful and pleasant staff on the floor. When I unboxed it at home I discovered a used, nonfunctioning unit! Called the store and spoke with a manager (?) who apologized (apparently items are sometimes restocked instead of sent back?) and as there were no more in stock promised a replacement pump would be brought in from Fresno and be ready for pick up at 8am the following day. And to ask for the manager Anthony. I arrived at 9am to find no Anthony and no replacement pump. Not very professional. The one star clincher is that upon returning the non-functioning pump I was charged a $ 20 restocking fee! If you buy anything here beware the horrible management structure and open every box to check the contents.

Great place for beginners to start building a tool collection and people on a budget to buy a lot with a little. The quality is sometimes missing but for the price is worth trying.

If you like tools this is the place for you to come and look ariund. I bet you your going to walk out with something. This place has so many good specials and deals on several different miscellaneous items. The staff is friendly and helpful.
