Best Raspados I have ever had. Their raspado with leche quemada, strawberries, nuts, and la lechera was amazing! Definitely worth trying!

I’ve been going here for over 8 years. They first started in a small type of trailer before expanding to the store. The flavors are endless and the prices are great. It is always busy but totally worth the wait. GOGOGO!

I have been here 3 times in past year, everytime they get my order wrong. Today will definitely will be the last time. Today I asked about some pineapple raspado(snow cone) with a weird name, I asked if it was spicy. Girl taking order told me it didn’t have any chile. I couldn’t eat it, way too spicy. I called owner to let him know. He seemed real irritated by my call. I don’t mind some spice on food, but please make it edible, especially after a request by customer of NOCHILE, PORFAVOR. Will definitely not be coming back here.

This place is a local favorite! They have quite an extensive menu and have something for everyone. My personal favorite is the Glorias raspado. It has banana, strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. I love it!!! My husband usually gets the strawberries con crema(strawberries and cream). It’s always yummy too. The only draw back is that this place is not in the nicest area however, the place is almost always so busy that there are plenty of people around and you never have any problems. I also believe that they are a cash only business. So if you find yourself in need of a snack or sweet treat, head to Maxi Raspados! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Best raspados outside of Mexico, bar none. This place is the Starbucks for the Latinos without the coffee. The syrups are naturally flavored and colored, and the ice is shaved and fluffy not granular and pebbly. Raspado de fresa, coco y nuez is my favorite. The toste-esquite is the bomb.

It’s a good place… every time I ask for my fresas con crema… without lechera… they still put it… don’t expect your request to be done… plus the employees need 2 learn how to be nice… they can be rude… even the one giving you the raspados

If u want a delicious summer time snack, they got it! Every time I go I am always satisfied and makes me feel like I am eating it straight from Mexico, I would hands down recommend them!!!(Especially the«diablito» if you’re into spicy and lemon things) :)

Great place for Mexican Raspados(snow cones) or Aguas frescas ! Only problem is long lines(perhaps because it’s so popular).

I love this place. They have tons of flavors for raspados(shaved ice), the best elotes, and bomb drinks. I grabbed a coconut drink… Ah-mazing! Tonight I ordered an elote, un esquite(Corn in a cup), coconut drink, and bubblegum raspado and paid $ 9. Not too shabby. Oh, and the raspados make a great treat for the kids while at the park on a hot, sunny day. If you’re scared to go because of the neighborhood, just don’t go at night. Otherwise, you’re safe.

I have to say this place keeps us coming back. I really enjoy the variety of flavors here and the fact that its different is an added bonus. Most of the raspados are great, granted a few are not so appealing. The extra snack items are actually pretty authentic to what you can find on the streets of mexico. This place is not on the most safest side of town but if your ever by the oval, you should try a raspado out. We definitely will keep coming back for raspados and snacks, in the daytime that is.

You can’t go wrong with ice, fruit, and milk. This place is pretty amazing and they know what they’re doing. Small place, just a window outside to order and then another window for pick up. Usually a line but they serve fast so no need to wait long. I had their strawberry raspados with condensed milk. A must if you like creamy strawberry stuff. Had a good blend of chopped fresh strawberries and mixed just enough milk to not make it too sweet. I’ve also had their Glorias, basically the same but with bananas chopped also. Yummy! Just recently had their leche quemada with walnuts! Very delicious if you like nuts, creamy nutty and and cold. Such a nice shaved iced in the hot valley weather. And don’t forget about their extensive menu, lots of good things to try. I haven’t yet tried them all but will soon! Snacks I’ve tried is the equite Aka elote in a cup, steamed corn kernels with mayo cheese and bottled hot sauce! Yum! Also had their fruit cocktail, cucumbers, pineapples, mango, and jimaca drenched in lime juice and the mexican fruit spice. Overall, I can’t have enough of this place. Even though you might not know Spanish there are pictures to show you what you will be getting, a total plus for those of us not knowing Spanish but looking for a sweet place to eat! :)

So delicious. I always get the raspado de fresa con lechera(strawberry raspado with condensed sweet milk-like syrup. Its always yummy. My family always geys different treats here, and have never been disappointed. PLEASE don’t be deterred if you don’t speak spanish, or are not familiar with the menu. They have bilingual employees, who are more than willing to explain what’s in an item. Plus, they have a picture menu on the building. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, is that they are very slow paced. That, combined with the fact that they are always busy, means you will be waiting for a bit. They do have misters, and seating behind the building. Also be advised that their parking situation can be tricky.
