I got my Invisalign one week ago. This was my second time into their office. I was highly recommended from my dentist at pack wood creek dental. They are very professional and knowledgable. I felt no pressure when it came time to talk about numbers. I was helped by Darcy and dr. M. The women in front desk don’t always greet right away. They seem extremely busy. And they do have you check in a computer if your an existing client. One thing I did not agree happened as I waited to get called in. One of the girls speaking with a client about a possible same day cancel was arguing with that client. Also, she gossiped in front of me with the two other receptionist. I’ve worked in an appointment based setting before. So I understand how important time is. Aside that, I’m excited to spend 20 months visiting this establishment and watching it grow as my teeth transform to perfection.
