McDonald’s

Love this McDonald’s. They now have a services where food is prepared when you order. Food is always hot and great. Distaff is friendly.

They barely even get that seriously my wife went to get my son some food and in a happy Meal she orders him chicken nuggets and for some reason there is a beef patties in a chicken nugget box; seriously wow I understand it’s so difficult with all the training they go thru. Please cmon not hard !!!

This McDonald’s is close by so we grab breakfast here quite often. 1^st it’s rarely made correctly and 2^nd you may not get home with your entire oder! Even more irritating about a month ago I stopped here on my way to the zoo to meet my son’s class so I was in a hurry. I go inside to order and I’m the only one in line nobody helps me and I’m just standing there starring at them. Next thing I know up walks an employee and they take her order before mine. Talk about irritating. Go to Demaree.

Oh man… I never review anything on here except when a business went well over expectations. That being said this is definitely the opposite side of the spectrum.
1 freaking car ahead of me and in line for 17mins. Yes I clock watched. sad thing to say but my 7yr old daughter and I will play a game to see how long it takes them. Under 15 we get mcflurrys next time.(she’s yet to enjoy that!!*). Anyhow so after I get my order and get home I go to eat my big Mac and it seemed dry. Something missing… hmmm. I look and only one patty!!! Wtf!!! Disappointment starts to set in. But no worries I got 2 big Macs… are you kidding me that one’s missing too!!!
I know every store usually has policies and procedures on every freak thing they do there… but I’m blown away that McDonald’s needs to train people to put 2 freaking patties on a big Mac… WOW! This is America dammit everyone one knows the big Mac!
Called into let whosoever answers the phone that the big Mac patty installer needs help on counting. After I said that she hangs up on me!!! Oh no she must have been the patty supervisor. My bad sweetheart didn’t mean to offend you and call you on your stupidity!!!
Grrr… And am still waiting for that damn mcflurry!!!

Ok where to start about this crappy place. The service sucks the customer service sucks. I always have an issue when I go there. I never get any type of apology or they do not even acknowledge you when something goes wrong. I waited in their drive thru for over 20 minutes for 3 cars. Ridiculous I think mcdonalds needs to close this store or fire everybody and start over with people who actually know what they are doing never ever go to this store. I only put 1 star because I have to make a choice to even post this

I will be honest, when I do have to chose fast food, McDonalds is not usually my first choice. I find anything that they offer that is seemingly healthy very overpriced. I do have to admit.. . I am a sucker for their fries IF they are fresh. Oh and their soft serve :-) As for this location in particular, they are in par with most McDonalds. And by that I mean slow and low customer service skills. That being said you just know what to expect when you decide to get something here :-/

It’s McDonalds, so you pretty much know what you are getting.
Service here is not the greatest. I live pretty close and after enough times of them screwing up my order, I go to the one on Demare and Mineral King. Better service.
