McDonald’s

Food is like any other McDonald’s however the drive through wait is horrible. The McDonald’s is located next to a sports complex park and as a result it is always too busy.

My little boy and I visited this McDonald’s at the Dinuba Ave in visalia. All I purchased was a boys kid’s meal, which was the bun, meat and cheese and we waited 15 minutes to get my order. I think someone in charge was calling out the orders and she was calling other numbers ahead of my and other people numbers too. When she did call my number I told someone else if my number was
sure was and it was in a small paper bag. I didn’t know it was my son’s food because it was not in a kid’s meal box. Besides that the person in charge just left on the counter and began calling other numbers out? This was horrible services at this McDonald’s not just for me but other people that got there orders messed up got there food orders took a long time?

The best customer service I have ever received from a McDonald’s. I went really quick for lunch since I work in the same shopping center. I like that everything is newer and updated. They even apologized for the little wait that I had. I walked into the restaurant so I cannot speak for he drive thru and their efficiency. The food was good and tasted freshly made.

This place sucks, always get my order wrong and waiting for 30 min at a time. Won’t give stars and I’m only putting a review just to let everyone know to go somewhere other than here

If you like getting stuck for fun. Come to this McDonald I got in line at 5:00pm and now still stuck at 5:33 near cash window. Just now car started honking and I join in. That was fun. Now back to being taken hostage in the drive thru. There are are airplanes rules of being stuck in the tarmac, but no rules for drive through consumer rights. Oh still waiting. Just honk again.

Every time I go through the drive thru, I’m seriously stuck waiting for at the least ten minutes! I get it the employees are trying and yes it is a fast food but truthfully the quality of customer service needs to improved overall. I come here because it’s nearby home but I’m definitely better off going to the mcdonalds located off demaree.
