I have been coming to Salon since last year and juan has been so patient and creative everytime I go in, the receptionist is always so nice and professional. I love the way even thought they work independent they still help each other out with advice on hair color or product. I recommended this salon to anyone. I always leave happy and love the way am treated.

Just got a prenatal massage from Brittany this morning. Very sweet girl, she was attentive and it was very relaxing! Used warm towels and hot stones and this amazing citrus smelly lotion. Would highly recommend her for any type of massage

Just received an armpit wax from Veronica. She was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. I especially appreciate that she accepted me as a walk-​in right before closing. Like another reviewer mentioned, the service did take a bit longer than expected (30min for an armpit wax), but at the same time, I’m impressed that she didn’t rush considering that they were about to close. And I’m sure I’ll appreciate this type of extra time when I go in for my message next week! I would recommend this establishment to others.

I just got a massage from Melissa. I live in the Bay Area and my usual massage place is in Pismo Beach. I visit family here in Visalia and since it was my spring break I figured I should have a little me time. I originslly came in only for a hot stone massage but came back the next day for a body scrub. Both were amazing! Melissa is really friendly and awesome at what she does. I am definitely coming back when I’m in town.

Was in town, woke up and decided I needed a wax. Called a few places but the day after Xmas they were either closed or booked. This place had an opening and I took it. It’s located upstairs and was pretty decent looking. My appointment took about 40 min for a Brazilian and underarms wax. Which seems long for the waxes I’ve had before but it didn’t feel that long. However the girl (Jenn, I believe) was very thorough which I appreciated because no one had tweezed out many fine hairs as she had before. Overall, I’d go back if I was in town or recommend to someone.

Elizabeth, at Metropolis, is really sweet. Honestly, having your vag looked at and touched by a stranger is a bit weird, so having her just be totally relaxed was wonderful. I was concentrated more on the cleaner side of things.
She used a glove on the hand that touched the skin. A different tongue depressor everytime she dipped into the wax. Pretty much, everything was super sanitary and for that I was extremely relieved (bit of a hypochondriac/​germphobe).
Needless to say I’ve been going to her over a year now and she’s still amazing with her waxing skills and her cleanliness. I have now started doing my facials with her and WOW, she does amazing facials!!! I highly recommend her.

Elizabeth at Metropolis is amazing. I have been going to her for a year and a half to do my waxing (eyebrow and brazilian). She is always able to accomodate my schedule and last minute appointments. She is professional and does her job well. She has never burned me with the wax (you would be surprised how many waxers do this). If I ever have any beauty or skin questions I text her and she always responds with the best advice. She always has the best recommendations for other servies I look into. Today she did my first facial and it was amazing. My face feels so clean. I am so relaxed!
She is truly the best! Go to her!
