Sorry to see some bad reviews. I wanted a manicure on a whim… I haven’t had one for awhile and I was delighted with the result. Paul did my manicure and he was very sweet and gentle. He really relaxed me and did exactly what I asked. I will return again and maybe try a pedicure next time also. I really liked Paul so I will call ahead to make sure he is available.

I was rather surprised to see only 1 star and only 2 reviews here. I used to come here 3 years ago when I first moved to town. Haven’t been here lately only because I found a place closer to home. Very convenient location though since I was already at the mall. The older man who did my pedicure wasn’t overly talkative but nice enough. I can’t speak for their gel or other special services because I just had a regular pedicure but he did a good job. And he did NOT dip my feet in the same pot of wax as everyone else(they used to… but they clean your feet first). Instead he put wax into a plastic bag and then put my foot in the bag.

HORRIBLE!!! I told the lady when I left, who didn’t speak to me the entire time but insisted to tap her fingers wherever she wanted my hand, that my nails looked like the gel was bubbling. She laughed and completely ignored me. Right when I left, I rubbed my finger across the top of my nail and the entire gel wiped right off! I walked back in and showed her and was told they would not refund me and why did I «peel my nails off». Are you kidding me??? Why would I peel my nails off and have to sit in that disgusting place for another hour. I went there bc someone got me a gift card and I’ll NEVER go again!!! Oh yeah, she also mentioned that it looks like I forgot to wax that day;)
