One Stop Auto

Went there today for a smog check. It’s just down the street from the DMV, so that was convenient. The place was clean and they were polite and professional. I’d use them again.

I know knothing about autos, except to get in, start them, go forward-​backward and turn left or right. But the service personel here at One Stop Auto in Visalia, are the most polite, respectful and most importantly… honest that I have ever encountered anywhere!!! They made all the repairs that were needed for my auto to pass smogging and inspection, completed all repairs ahead of time quoted to me, and the cost was $ 500.00 LESS that 3 other locations I called to get a price for the same repairs AFTER I was given the quote from One Stop Auto. I am most impressed with this business, and will be spreading wonderful reviews of my encounter with One Stop Auto in Visalia everywhere I go !!! Being of the «old school» I always keep in mind, «You pay for what you get.», and I am extreemly pleased with the service, price, and personel at One Stop Auto in Visalia. Thank you One Stop, see you next year!
