These guys just plain suck. They took a package destined for Brentwood, to Compton, and they reported it would be delivered by 9pm to the correct destination. The people at Amazon told me it would definitely be delivered by 9pm, but sure enough, 9pm passed and there was still no update, so I called Amazon AGAIN and this time they explained that the OnTrac office hours go till midnight but nobody is answering the phone! This company is f****g horrible.
I just filed a request with Amazon, demanding that none of my packages ever be shipped with OnTrac.
I’m also looking to see if I can file a complaint with the BBB.
