Absolutely the worst service, rude, unhelpful wouldn’t get off the damn phone for nothing, I will never step foot in that store again, Radio Shack what the hell happened to you.

Went in for a battery change for my car key. Was told to take it to the dealer. I understand there may be a policy here, but the Radio Shack on Dinuba has taken my key apart for me and placed batteries in it for me before. So I drove back to the Dinuba Ave store where they looked at the key, and took it apart and replaced the batteries. In turn I bought a new i phone from them as well. Suck on that Mooney store.

If I could give a half star I would. I went there about 2 days ago and I had the worse service I have ever had at a Radio Shack. The representative for Radio Shack had the worst attitude, I don’t know if he missed his lunch but when I asked for certain items which I needed to purchase 20 of those items. All he can tell me is, «We don’t carry those, we never had I don’t know why you would think we would carry those items but we don’t. Go try Best Buy.». Well I only had wished that he hadn’t interrupted me because I meant to tell him that I had purchased one at the Tulare Store and since My Company was based in Visalia I figured I would buy the items there. Well Mr. Radio Shack Representative you missed out on a big purchase. I eventually purchased the items on line which cost me over $ 4,000.00. Future customers if you need to purchase an item from Radio Shack drive to Tulare you will get better service.
