Finally some good Mexican food. I can’t speak to everything since I have only been here once but I will definitely make a return. The chips and salsa were great. House made tortilla chips and delicious salsa. I had the burrito supreme which was made with chile verde and it was excellent. I also enjoyed the taste of enchiladas I had from my wife’s plate, they make a good enchilada sauce.

This place is not fancy, but the food was very good. I had tacos but what else would you want. Lol. There was only one guy working and the food still came out quickly given another party walked in at the same time and order first. I will definitely come back and try other things too.

Little Gem in Visalia. Favorite breakfast burrito I’ve tried around the area. Although, A little too much onion for me. The salsa is tasty! Great prices. I’ll definitely be going back

Wonderful food and the owner is a absolute joy and such a fresh air nowadays when dealing with customer service, especially food service.

Best food ever! Don’t let the hole in the wall appearance scare you off. The food is great and service is too!

I always try to visit a place a few times before I leave a review to make sure it wasn’t a one hit wonder. I have been here now for breakfast which was very yummy and unexpected for a mexican restaurant. My fiancé had one of their mexican breakfasts and I had an omelet with a pancake on the side. It was all good and the pancake was so yummy and fluffy. Next visit I had their crispy shredder beef burritos. So flavorful and delicious. Today I am eating the burrito supreme which is huge! Perhaps one of my favorite things is that you get so much for your money here. They are friendly, the atmosphere is cute. Wish they had mexican music rather than a tv going but so far that is my only complaint. I plan to come here on a regular basis and it is right up there with my favorite breakfast place which really surprises me. And it’s about half the price!

My rating is based on the following food item relative to similar types of establishments: burrito supreme. I have been almost everywhere in California and had many great burritos, but sr guac’s burrito supreme is a strong contender for best in state ‘price x quality x size’. Almost every ingredient is house-made including tortilla and sauces, and the contents meld together with ideal combinations of taste and texture. No piece of the burrito is too much or too little; every bite is delicious. Everything is fresh; the meat is tender, hot and appropriately seasoned, cheeses are melted just enough, vegetables well prepared and portioned, and the beans and rice are not out of the box or simply used as fillers. Utensils required!

Food was great !!! Very authentic !!! Service needs some improvement. I walked and waited to be seated, waitress looked at me and didn’t say a thing. So we sat ourselves down. The owner then greeted us. We order water and coffee to start. Water never came until we asked 3 times. I take it the owner didn’t relay the message to the waitress. Then we ordered extra bowl of chile verde(it never came). As I went to pay, the owner asked me how my experience was and I told him about the chile verde and he apologized and said he forgot. Would of gave this place 5 stars if the service was there. Food was great though

Somewhere between authentic street and restaurant Mexican food. Service was near perfect and so are the prices. Definitely the best fajitas I have ever had!

Let me just say we work around the corner so it’s on our list and we’ve ate here many times. Not everything is «the best Mexican ever» but they have our favorite breakfast burrito and the Fajita is the best I’ve found.

Lots of food and great prices. I forget about this place it’s out of the way for me but it’s good. I read about a guy getting a fly in his breakfast burrito, I have had 6 – 7 of them and never had a fly or maybe I ate one and never knew.

For a first time visit it was very pleasant. Good portion size, reasonable price, however, I did have a problem with the owner young son touching his shoes and touching the menus that he handed to people will he sat at tables totally. disgusting after asking him not once but twice to wash his hands I still don’t know if he washed his hands so beware of a dirty little boy. This place would have received five stars if it wasn’t for the dirty little boy

Honest review. I wanted to like this place. I had 3 Carne Asada tacos and they were possibly the worst tacos I have ever had. The tortillas were cold and the meat was luke warm with plenty of tough fat and little flavor. I tried this because of the review that said this was authentic. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but I would of preferred Taco Bell. For their sake I hope my meal was a fluke.

i can’t believe how nice the reviews are for this place. first off, chips n salsa they serve while waiting are good… my friend ordered a steak and becaused they used«all» the steak they had for the carne asada, they asked if they cud sub his steak for the chopped carne asada, he said fine, i asked if there was going to be a discount since we were being charged for a whole steak and getting chopped steak, she said she would ask… then comes the food… disgusting. …the salsa(not same salsa they serve w chips) and guacamole in my tacos smelled n tasted like they were spoiled so removed them and took another bite of my taco, still did not taste right… my carnitas were definitely made days before… they were old… gross!!! so needless to say, i only took 2 – 3 bites of taco and nothing else… my friend ate most of chopped meat except was burnt to crisp… so it was an expensive appetizer lunch(chips n salsa)!!! will never go again… this is 3rd time I’ve gone in last 5 yrs and they still suck! i keep thinking i will have a better experience, i don’t! if i could not give it 0 stars i would… my only option is one star! those of you who rate it high, you need to get out more, no one xan deny what was on my plate was old food, this was garbage…

I’ve been to guac’s many times. The salsa is phenomenal, enchilada sauce is perfect and EVERYTHING has flavor. I normally Unilocal So. Cal foods, and this is still my favorite.

This place definitely isn’t fancy, but it has great food and generous portions. For breakfast, the machaca breakfast burrito is number one. My lunch pick is the wet jumbo burrito(any kind of meat, but lengua is my favorite).

This little dive serves up some of the best authentic Mexican food in the area… my girlfriend is Mexican and is a stickler for food that reminds her of homemade — and nothing impressed her more in this regard around the Central Valley than Señor Guacamole. One of the most impressive things about this restaurant is that it appears to be a one-man operation — your server is the chef, and the chef is the owner! The downside to this is that you often do have a bit of a wait for soda refills, extra tortillas, etc., but it’s understandable given the circumstances. We have eaten here probably 5 – 6 times total, and there has never been more than 1 or 2 other diners eating inside each time. There are a fair amount of take-out orders, but it’s remarkable that the food that you are served is always hot, fresh, and tasty! Most places that don’t do consistent business seem to serve cold, often unappetizing food that has been sitting for hours… this never seems to be the case here, despite the inconsistent patronage. The place is a little scary, very run-down and not in the best part of town… but well-worth a stop if you’re looking for well-prepared authentic Mexican food at very reasonable prices.

This little establishment is a little family owned operation, the only things I’ve tried are their breakfast burritos, their gigantic burrito, and fish tacos… I was impressed by their breakfast burrito, they make It however you like just let them know, and the price to me is pretty reasonable for the amount you get. The fish taco, sorry to say but I’ve had better. The service is okay it’s a hit or miss, the only draw back is you’ll walk out smelling like something fried.
