My eyes are really bad! I went here for a check up and new glasses. Dr Steven told me some helpful things to keep my eyes healthy!

I went in a week before my appointment so I could have my current glasses adjusted and the girl cracked my frames, I didn’t notice till the next day (Sat). I ended up having to go to Lenscrafters over the weekend and getting contacts till my new glasses come in. I no longer feel comfortable going back there because what if it happened again?

Great place to get your eyes looked at. Wonderful staff and great selection of eye wear. I have both glasses and contacts from here. Looking forward to my next visit.

Had a very positive experience here. Even though I was out of network. They charged me as if I was in network. Staff is so friendly and eye doctor is very informative.

My family and I have been seen by the staff at Dr. Serrin’s for over 10 years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The new facility in Visalia is beautiful and spacious and the staff are extremely helpful. I absolutely recommend Dr. Serrin’s to anyone in need of vision care.

It has been three years since I last visited the optometrist. I’ve been putting it off since I freaked out when people try to do things to my eye. It didn’t help that I’ve had horrible experiences at other optometry offices. For the past few months, I’ve noticed that my eye sight has been blurry. I finally gave in after my friend recommended that I see Dr. Hawkin Lui at this location.
I’m soooooo glad that I finally went for an eye exam. It’s the best prescription I have ever gotten and the clearest I have ever seen! Dr. Lui is super nice, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole examination and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very patient and explained things before proceeding. Honestly, one of the best eye doctors anyone can ask for!
I got a super great deal on my examination, contacts and glasses. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Brand new facility, new equipment, and great service!
