Tucked away in a corner, this place is totally worth the search. All throughout the store there are creative ideas to inspire you. Their fabric selection in beautiful, and it was a miracle that I didn’t purchase more, but I knew I’d have to find a spot for whatever I bought w/​in my luggage. The store is arranged in a way that makes you want to wander and look at everything (good feng shui??). Plenty of people wandering through the store that were willing to answer questions on any manner of subjects. The general atmosphere of Thimble Towne was very warm and welcoming, and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Great Quilt shop. So many selections of new fabric as well as good assortment of theme fabric and blenders. Then there is the room with batik’s. Best selection I have seen in Northern or Central CA. And the staff was more than welcome to help us. Always ready to cut our fabric. I bought a tote pattern and they had all the supplies I needed, batting and grommets. Yes, I could have bought those items somewhere else (Joann’s) cheaper, but I was offered help, didn’t have to look for the items myself and I felt good about supporting a local business. BTW 4 of us traveled 2 ½ hrs to shop here. They have fantastic lighting and lots of windows and we checked out the classroom. Again lots of lighting, windows, long tables and not too crowed. And all 5 employees were very friendly.
