I will never use their «service» agine. Very disorganized, paid for flowers to be delivered on Valentines day and specified the time 11:00am to 3:30pm. Flowers never got delivered! I paid over a $ 100.00 for failure. I’m getting married this year, and now I know who I’m not using!

I will never use this company again. I ordered some flower for a friend on their birthday and this company just left the flowers on the doorstep to die because they weren’t home at the time they delivered the flowers this company didn’t even have the courtesy to take the flowers back with them and bring them back later or on another day. People pay good money for these flowers.

I buy half my flower purchases from this location. Today I got out of work late and I knew this location stays open later than most (7pm). I rushed over and literally 1min til close. The gentleman inside was very nice and polite not rushing me. He gave a great deal on some beautiful flowers for my girlfriend for our Anniversary. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend to everyone else to at least try them out.

Their flowers die so fast! Literally a day or two later. I recommend going elsewhere. My flowers I purchase from Costco and the farmers market will last over a week at least.

Stopped by today with my mother because she waited until the day before her wedding to get her flowers! Location is easy to get to from the main street. They had some nice displays put together in fridges. My mom wanted «white roses» but they only had «ivory roses.» They looked close enough to me! Anyway the lady who took care of us was helpful and remained curteous despite my mother giving her a hard time about every single thing. They did not have a full 2 dozen flowers of what we needed so my mom ended up getting a fair discount. The store also offered a variety of card, stuffed animals, balloons and chocolate. I was very satisfied with their service and selection. I would come back and I would recommend Touch of Roses!
