Good store… found what I was looking for. A little dead as far as customers and employees. Very big store.

We spend several hundred per year at this location. But because of one employee, we will never shop at another location. And the following review is over a $ 6 difference. We picked up some organic toothpaste for our son to try. The box was tagged as though it was on clearance. Price on the shelf said $ 7.99 but the box read, in bold letters, $ 1.99. We put it in the cart and later went to check out. We then notice it priced out wrong and the checker mentioned that it was tagged wrong. She then turned to an older employee who also said it was tagged wrong. That maybe someone took off another tag and put it this box. If you know anything about tag adhesive, this perfectly intact tag would have needed a heat gun to remove. The senior employee went on to say that I could not have it for the price that was marked. That someone other than an employee swapped tags and put it back on the shelf. For this reason alone, and for tossing the box in question into a «go back» bin, we will never shop at another ToysRus store. Let this be a lesson for this particular location. Because of ones moronic customer service skills, other people will read this and decide not to shop there. It’s not about the $ 6 difference, it’s about keeping a returning customer happy.

found the exact same item at Wal-Mart but $ 30 less. tried to use price match guarantee at toys r us but they came up with nothing but excuses so they didn’t have to honor the price match. took 6 employees to come to that conclusion. horrible customer service. I recommend Target or Wal-Mart.

Terrible mess. This is the second time I’ve come here and vowed never to return. I should have remembered, but this visit was an absolutely reminder. I won’t be going back. Sales associates are unhappy and just doing what they have to to get by. Store and parking lot are dirty. No thanks…

I’ve tried to make several big-ish purchases here(play kitchen, power wheels, etc), I always check the website first and drive over to find they don’t actually have the items. Its really frustrating! I worked retail for years and I know its just not that hard to keep your inventory counts correct. Maybe its the company that sucks though, because the staff is always really nice and they don’t try to rope you into a bunch of crap at the checkout like other locations. Also, the manager was apologetic and offered to order one right away. I declined because who knows if or when it would show up. Anyway, I’m over Toys R Us.
