I have rented trucks several times at this location over the years. They have always been very professional and helpful. Honestly never had any issues over the years. When I need a truck or van I call them first!

If I could put a negative star this location would be a –5 star. I’ve rented from U-​Haul in the past but this was the worst experience of my life. Charlie the manager, if you get him, run… If you’re thinking of renting a truck to move or a trailer, go somewhere else. I rented a truck and trailer to move down south. Truck was ok but the tow dolly was not right for my car. It not only scratched my front bumper and my back one but was faulty. The Front tire strap kept coming undone and when I talked to Charlie he told me and I quote «that it would scratch my car» who the fuck would rent something knowing it was going to hurt your car??? When I asked for help he laughed and hung up on me. I had to go rent the right trailer from some other company to do the job that Charlie and U-​Haul could not handle. To top it off I have $ 1500.00 worth of damage done to my car. Great job assholes!

This is one of the best U-​Haul dealers in Visalia. I just returned a truck from Las Vegas dropped it off in 5 minutes I was on my way. Friendly staff, I use this dealer every time I need to move or return something.

I thought I’d review one of the lesser known sides of this U-​Haul facility, and that is their propane service. I like that they don’t have a minimum charge, and just charge you for the propane that they put into your tank. I always run my tanks empty, so it’s not like the other guys were really overcharging me, but the principle is still there. The service was good, the price wasn’t bad either, certainly better than one of the «exchange» places. I’ll be back.
