The receptionist, a chubby blonde girl, is very rude. She announced my whole medical history for everybody in the waiting room to hear. If that wasn’t bad enough, she had a conversation with another person in the back office about something on the news about«Mexicans being taken across the border unwillingly.» They were both laughing. It seemed very racially motivated. In any event, it did not sound like a conversation for work. The person who did my MRI, barely said two words to me. When I asked her where to leave my belongings, she curtly stated, «bring them with you!» There were lockers in the changing room, so I didn’t exactly know if I was supposed to put them in there or not. I didn’t expect her to bite my head off when I asked a simple question. From that point forward, she barely spoke. She slammed the pieces of positioning cardboard against my head, and then put me in the tube. The machine had stopped for several minutes before she came and got me out or said anything. I don’t even think she was in the room. Good thing, I didn’t have any problems, God knows how long I would’ve been stuck in there. It was the worst experience ever.

Had a STAT order from my MD out of town. The results were suppose to be called back STAT(within 1 hour). It was a Friday the MD never got a call back and was unable to get ahold of anyone the whole weekend. The staff was not professional, expected more from a private Xray office.
