I highly recommend this place for your boarding or daycare needs. I’ve left my two dogs before for a few hours and they get so miserable. However, I left my two dogs for two days and they came back home extremely happy and full of warmth. When I called in. It was last minute. The young woman who I spoke with was helpful prior to deciding to use their services. They also let me come in to tour and make sure I had the correct immunizations. It was super clean. And smelled great. I was shocked. While the doggies are there. You can also opt for your pets to get groomed before coming home. And they were so soft and smelled great. I loved our last grooming place until now.

I have left my 4 month old Golden lab mix there for day care as well as overnight. I have been greeted and advised of what happened with my dog every time. I did notice my dog was thirsty when I got home, but wasn’t sure if he had spilled tbe water dish to his kennel or had just ran out. I will continue to use them until i see something that raises my concerns. I feel the cost is great and economical

I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the building. The staff gave me a quick tour of the facility and all the services they offered. I felt very at ease that my dog would have a good place to stay for the day. I was able to email my records to them, that was very convenient for me. When I picked her up, she looked very happy. I was pleased with this experience and will continue to board my dog there.

After losing our beloved pet a little over 3 years ago, we had not boarded at this kennel until early 2014 when we adopted our beautiful lab mix /​pit. And as in the past, they have been accommodating with our new family addition. They are so wonderful & the fact that there is a grooming facility in the proprietary to bath our pets if one wishes to, is a plus! Great staff at this kennel! Thank you all at VIP! Highly recommended!

As soon as we got our dogs home they ran for the water bowl… they drink about a gallon a day… in 6 hrs they had drank a gallon and a half… one dog has a cut on his nose… no proof of what happened but somethings fishy here… we will be looking elsewhere

My dog has stayed here twice now, Each time he comes home with new wounds. I feel charging $ 1 extra to feed my own food, is ridiculous as well.

Our vet recommended this place, and it was close to our house. When we got back after 3 days we noticed a cut on our dogs head above his eye. I called the place and left them a message to call me back. They never called back. I finally called them after inspecting the wound more thoroughly, and found it inflamed and full of pus. I called them again, and this time they said they tried to call us back, and that the didn’t notice the wound, and they don’t cover any injuries that happen at their facility.
Vet says it’s 600 $$ to stitch up the wound. Our weekend at the lake just became a lot more expensive. Thanks a lot you careless people. We won’t be going back or recommending them to friends.

My wife and I love this place. Not only do they take good care of our doggies they are also very friendly. I also like the grooming service right next door. A true one stop shop!
