Awful! I picked out a beautiful dress from what seemed like an upscale shop from a very nice couple Helena and her husband. Service seemed so great I was sold that day on an almost $ 2000 dress! I put in my order a good 8 months in advance before my wedding and my one and only fitting, was a month before my wedding and it was just being started! I got nothing but excuses on why I could not get anymore fittings, not even a final fitting but was assured that my dress would be delivered right to my home for the«inconvenience.“It was delivered to my home the day before my wedding and when I pulled out the dress a couple hours later, the dress was completely wrinkled! Not only that but the dress was a size too small! Did I gain weight? No, but even if I did, thats what final fittings are for! I was so stressed out with me and my bridesmaids trying to iron my dress the day of my wedding, but it was no use. I ended up walking down the isle with a wrinkled dress that was too small. I couldn’t sit up in my chair because the dress was too tight and in the pictures of me during dinner, you can see me slouched down in my chair because that was the only way I could sit! That week I called Helena to let her know how disappointed I was in her service and I got nothing but rudeness, excuses and just was talked down to. She could not even apologize. She just kept saying that I got the exact dress I picked out and that it was delivered right to my door(As if that shouldve made up for the fact that it was wrinkled and too small). Please dont be fooled by first impressions from this shop. Horrible.

As a plus sized bride the experience was terrible. They only had a few dresses to try on, did not listen to anything I said and instead tried to push their opinions on what I should be looking at. They were very unhelpful and seemed to give up as soon I as got there. I had previously found a dress at another shop(which I ended up getting and it is beautiful) and when I tried to explain that style that was looking for I was told that it would look bad on me and I needed to look for something else. I would never recommend them to anyone.

If this is what Europe’s like, I Never want to go. The owner, Helena, is a mean lady not to mention extremely unprofessional. She refused to take in my wedding dress(a second time) because she«already did it.» Moral of the story, If you want an enjoyable dress shopping experience, what’s up Europe is not your go to shop.

I walked in here about 6 months ago looking at colors for bridesmaid dresses. It was just me and my parents talking amongst ourselves, until some sales woman interrupts me and says that is NOT the coloring I am looking for. I just looked at her at walked out! So 6 months now passed and it was now time to start looking for MY dress. I chose 3 spots on Main St. to look at, and decided to give this one a try for the heck of it. I should have went with my gut and totally avoided it. Although they were accommodating for my nursing Maids of Honor, the manager or main gal there totally gave me anxiety and had a 5 minute shpeel on every single dress. I did not feel comfortable there and NEEDED to get out of there asap! She by no means was rude, but definitely way too pushy and always says«we can custom anything for you» which got really old by the end. There were some pretty dresses, but if you want a relaxing experience and want to enjoy this process, I would not recommend going here.

Ok. The first time I went to store I liked the girl that helped me she was so nice. So when my dressed arrived I thought I would take them my dress for alterations. What a huge mistake. I got my dress back the day before I was leaving for my out of town wedding. My appointment was for 1130 I called to tell her I was running a few minutes late. She then tells me my dress is not done. She didn’t even bother to call and tell me this. While on the phone she told it was going to be another happy. When I arrived at the store the dress still wasn’t even done. I had paid 200 for alterations that were even done right. Since they didn’t make the dress or I didn’t buy it from them they blamed it all on the maker of the dress. When I took them the dress there was nothing wrong with dress. When my dress was finally done. They were over an hour late they charged me another 45 bucks. I was so upset I called the owner when I got home she didn’t really want to hear me out she was very rude. I do not recommend this place at all. They over priced, rude and do not deserve a rating. Am still very upset about this I will say I love my dress that got from jj’s house prior to what’s up Europe getting a hold of it. I recommend for a dress and let them altered it. Wish I would of but I needed my dress

I get my dress next week(!), but I’ve decided to update my experience thus far. I came in to order the dress(custom) towards the end of spring. Truth be told, i completely forgot about it. Not until August did I begin to wonder about the dress. I gave them a call towards the end of August to ask about the status of the dress & was told they were about to call me for a fitting anyway. I’ve had 2 or 3 fittings(i cant honestly remember) and each time has been great. We’ve added some embellishments and taken in some material, and I am STOKED to see this beauty when it’s finished! Helena, the designer, & the other ladies continue to make me feel special every time i come in. I will say as a heads up: do take a picture of the dress you want and keep it! I lost mine & it was terribly inconvenient. Be prepared to drop dough — you’re getting a dress custom made for you(though not all are custom), it’s special and it’s not david’s bridal. Everything is expensive everywhere when it comes to bridal. My veil is $ 160& my crown thingie(not really a crown but idk bridal language!) was $ 120. Yeah, I know. But it’s not cheap anywhere, I’ll tell you that, and if you have the change to spare, buy something you really love. Which is what I did, but I intend to keep mine forever. The best example of their service that I can give is that my mom has decided to come back here to pick her wedding dress when she gets married because of the service & the selection here.

At first I was impressed because this place was able to size fit me in to alter my dress(wedding and dress out of town) in enough time. When I tried the dress on, it wasn’t even altered tight enough but I had to leave out of town that day and they still charged me $ 38 On top of that they lost an extra piece that was attached — a string that could be sewn in as a halter strap. I knew I left it there and was nice about it anyway and just asked them to call me if they came across it. I figured if I wasn’t rude they’d tell me if they found it… and guess what? They had it! and they were not even apologetic. Luckily, my fiancé came down the next day and was able to bring it to me. I’m giving them 2 starts instead of 1 because they were actually pretty nice overall. Too bad they’re not organized or didn’t even offer me some kind of future discount or credit for their error.
