I talked to the company owner, Michael Bronner today and in the middle of our conversation, she said good bye and hang up on me. How rude and unprofessional. I called back, but they never picked up the phone. I sent their bar soaps to Japan and the Japanese customs contacted me because their soaps have hemp oil, and the Japanese customs will not allow any products contain the hemp products unless I provide that the product is made from only the grown stem of the hemp and/or seeds; excluding sap. Anyway, that was all I needed from them to provide to the customs in order for my gift to a friend in Japan to clear customs, but they had me to wait a week to give me an answer which was they might contain the grown leaves in their products and they can only give the ingredients to the certified distributors. I understand that. I wanted to ask something else if they can’t provide the letter, but the owner, Michael Bronner hang up on me while I was speaking to him. He has such a short temper and was very irritated to deal with something does not profit him. I have to give up the soaps that I sent to Japan because what I wanted to ask, if their soaps sold in Japan are from USA, not specially made for Japan, was not answered by the owner hanging up the phone. If so, I was able to have my soaps sent to my friend.
