Least professional cab service ever. This guy was cursing and talking on the phone and it took them twenty minutes to process my card while complaining the whole time. Don’t say you accept cards if you’re going to act like that.

I was in a bind and really needed a ride. I called and dispatch was friendly and professional and straight forward with rates. He estimated fifteen minutes and the driver got there in twenty. The driver was super kind and honest and even drove me to get cash and didn’t charge me for the extra ride!!! Super nice and professional people. And omg he had air conditioning which was very important bc it was so damn hot that day. Also, the cab smelled nice :) thank you guys!!!

DANGER!!! The absolute worst cab company ever. The driver was late and it looked like you got into a car that someone is living in. He had big gulp cups rolling around and blankets where he sleeps. It smelled like rotting food and cat litter. Yes! There was a cat in there. I was late for work or I would have waved him on and not got on. Days later the driver calls me at around nine at night which is late to call anyone! He calls me a thief and accused me of giving me a phony card. Sensing a scam I said I would check my bank before giving him a new card number. The transaction was there and when I called to notify him he continued to insult and yell. HOW DARE YOU! They are a bunch of thieves!!! DO NOT RIDE THEIR CABS!!!

Called this place in a bit of a hurry; my car was broken into and I really needed to be picked up from the auto body shop; the man I spoke to was a complete jerk and to be honest was the rudest person I’ve spoken to in a long time.
He told me to find another cab company and hung up on me… so I did.
Don’t waste your time with them. Call Yellow cab or someone else.

Looks like my last review got deleted long story short the cab driver didnt show up I called a hour in advance to make sure he would be on time and he wasn’t Hugo the dispatcher was unsympathic nor did he care at all pretty gave me a oh well
And I don’t have anymore drivers in the area … This fool made me miss my joint partybus on my birthday and made me end up having to take a sprinter and yellowcab it remainder of way to harrahs casino. yellow cab was more than willing to jump on courtesy cabs mistake and make me happy. Hugo the dispatcher would not even give me a discounted rate for the huge disaster of a mistake… Extremely rude and unprofessional steer clear !

I work for a successful cab company and got into a situation in which I needed to have a client picked up in the San Marcos area so I found that these guys supposedly work in that part of town so I called to have the client picked up… the guy who awnsered the phone sounded like he was asleep… I gave him the clients adress and then as I’m about to give him the clients number which I clearly explained I was about to do. the loser hangs up on me… I called back and was «„hey what’s up? Why did you hang up on me? Are you sleeping or something ?“» He said no and then told me that they had nobody in the area… listen up losers I work for a very successful cab company in the coastal area and your «dispatcher» is pathetic… it’s no wonder that your company is on it’s way out… would of been better off calling creepy ass yellow cab… courtesy cab you suck and you’ve got no buisness being in the cab buisness

Nothing courteous about this company. The dispatcher is rude and unhelpful. If you are not traveling 30+ miles they will not bother to pick you up.

This is mainly for the grumpy butt plug of a dispatcher.
I have never had an issue with any of the drivers. But the dispatcher of Courtesy Cab can suck my inner butt flaps.
Hello how many drunk people do you suppose call cab companies and need to take a minute to get the address of where they are being picked up? Probably too many to count.
I was at an all day block party and requested a cab at 8pm. Yes 8pm. Not quite the busiest time of the night but the dispatcher had a cow when I didn’t know how to spell the street I was on (hello have you seen some of the street names in Encinitas?) and when I told him I would have the owner of the house spell it for him he screamed «I DON’T HAVE F*CKING TIME FOR THIS» and hung up on me.
So Courtesy Cab because of the butt hole dispatcher you have working for you I will never call you again. Seeing that I take cab rides about 6 times a month and always generously tip, your loss is Santa Fe Cab’s gain. As long as you keep this man employed I also suggest you need to remove the Courtesy from your company name.

Does anyone buckle their seatbelt in a cab? Well, at 60mph in a 35, you bettter.
Our driver, Ed, was beyond unfriendly. We attempted conversation, and his responses were sour and unwelcoming… even the basics about weather. He told us he only took cash once we arrived at our first destination. After making a trip to the ATM (and being charged for it), we dropped off two people and I lead Ed toward my house (4 blocks away). Once we arrived at my exact address, he asked if we needed to stop for change because he couldn’t break a twenty… Ummm he just took us to an ATM. Thank goodness I had cash inside.
I’ve never wanted to be a psychiatrist so badly to find out what the hell was up our cab driver’s butt. He was overweight and extremely unhappy. Our overall experience was very poor and will call to complain tomorrow. We even thought to call the police for speeding… not a good experience.
Will never use this taxi service again.

Called this company for a cab ride from Vista to Oceanside. They charge standard fare ($ 2.40 per mile). They were very prompt and it was a stress free ride. I rode in a Ford Crown with around 175K miles on it. Wasn’t spectacular, but it was adequate ride with seat belts and everything.
