Best panaderia ive found in the area. The bread is delicious and always soft even when its not straight out the oven. The prices are great, the employees are friendly. The hours are more geared towards the working man who has to get up really early for work. Ive never had a bad experience here.

The bread is good, but the new guy on the register has a terrible personality. You can tell he hates his job.

I have been to this panaderia before and it «was» good, I don’t recall being disappointed … today I went in for some Mexican bread and Bolillo.. at first everything looked good and smelled good, the Bolillo was even fresh and still warm… anyways we got home and I made some Mexican hot chocolate.. we were all VERY disappointed with the bread, it had a funny taste to it and some were stale, the Bolillo had absolutely no flavor to it even when we dunked it in hot chocolate, needless to say I have a bunch of bread I will probably throw out, it was such a waste ! I won’t be back here.

Very good panaderia! I don’t go to Vista much but when I do its to grab some delicious pan dulce at this gem of a bakery. They have a wonderful and huge array of Mexican sweet breads. If you’re feeling a urge for some sweet breads try this unassuming Panaderia. Some of the breads were a little dry, some looked a little overcooked. But the fresh ones were very very good!

I had read so many reviews about this place that maybe my expectations were high. I was disappointed. Not worth the drive from Carlsbad. I am from Mexico City and I have eaten some great pastries in Mexico City Panaderias. Still I have never found a good bakery that compares to the good ones in Mexico while I have lived in the US. I went in January to this bakery in search of a Rosca de Reyes for Epiphany. I bought pastries and a Rosca de Reyes. The pastries themselves were OK, some were a bit dry(Conchas) and others were good(the palm leaves /orejas) The Rosca was not good: Very dry and hard, not enough Baby Jesus inside and had very few sugar/dried fruit decorations on top.

My absolute favorite panaderia. You literally park your car outside and can smell the sweet scentof breads and pastries coming from the nearby window. Amazing breads and treats. Their tamales and breakfast sandwiches are also amazing. Have been coming here for many years now… Will always be my ‘go-to’ spot in North County

Sincerely I do not recommend this bakery to buy Mexican cakes. the worst cake in my life buy it there. the taste was not as Mexican cake, happy birthday and name could not even read. was like throwing my money away because the cake is so bad that no one ate. if they do not know how to make cakes please do not sell. I try to communicate with the owner but never answer my call.

Only place that was open on Christmas Day for some Champurado, breakfest bolillo, bread, and home made oatmeal, that hit the spot in the morning. The owner is super friendly, and gives you so many options to choose from, i wanted to try everything. The breakfest sandwitch was so good, ham cheese jalapeño, bread and salsa! Their bread was fresh and soft. Food is made from skratch, family owned and operated. I can always count on them for availability for this kind of stuff all with good pricing.

Being Mexican, we can be very picky about our Mexican food which includes the Mexican bread. We came to this place because it was close and I had a craving for pan dulce, you walk in and just smells so delicious I go in and pick my bread like I would do in Mexico and get to register see the menu and they also sell food therefore I ordered the tamales. couldn’t wait of course to try the bread so had some in the car and OMG it was delicious, fresh and just plain Wrong for being so good. Once I got home warmed up the tamales and felt the same that I felt about the bread, the masa had the best flavor the meat was juicy and the red sauce was amazing. I will definitely being back ALLOT

This is the best Mexican bakeries or «panaderillas» in the area! My family and I come from Oceanside because they are so good! You should try the cheese bread which has a cheese cake like filling. Everything is good and kept pretty fresh in the glass cases. I highly recommend!

I’ve lived in Vista for seven years and only recently started noticing this place while driving down Santa Fe. When I asked the guy working there how long they’ve been open I thought he was gonna say something like a few months, I was surprised when he said they’ve been open for 12 years. I didn’t have much going on today so on my way home I decided to check out this place. It’s a lot bigger than it seems, with a wide variety of baked goods. They have the usual breads that other panaderias have, and they also have tacos, tamales, along with a few others. I got the dulce de leche and pineapple empanadas, and they were both amazing. I definitely recommend you check this place out.
