Hydro-Scape Products

Took a little while for someone to be available to help me, but when they did, they treated my like their best friend. They took the time to help hunt down parts and tried various combinations of fittings. Awesomely nice service.

I cant say enough positive about these guys. I work in construction, and I really appreciate the HUGE selection of contractor grade products they have at VERY reasonable prices. In many cases I can buy superior, contractor grade products for less money than the flimsy «depot» type stores. George and Tony behind the counter have a combined 40 – 50 years of experience at this company, and they are both so friendly and helpful. Like I said… MASSIVE array of quality products at great prices. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who is into landscaping, even if you are not a professional.

Disappointed by the staff’s willingness to help. Walked into the store and 2 employees were behind the counter talking. I asked if I could purchase some log poles. They looked at me as if I had a lot of nerve to interrupt them. I asked a couple of questions and received an irritated response. I have purchased from them in the past so I thought they could look up the details of my last transaction. That too was met with disdain. I paid and went to pick up my poles. The cashier walked out with me, didn’t help load them, then walked away…
I don’t think I will return. There are other suppliers that give better service and paying a little more would be greatly accepted after that poor experience.

Yikes… I’m bringing the average stars down… Sorry. You guys are top notch in what little I saw (bought one item saw three others with better pricing than membership and big box stores!!!) I had been too liberal giving that 5^th star away and, for the time being, I am being more conservative and reserving 5-​stars to miracle workers.
J.O. helped me. He’s new, as their badges say how long they’ve been there and he was eager to help, asked for advice when I threw a question at him that he didn’t know the answer to. Dudes and dudettes: THIS IS HOW A STORE SHOULD OPERATE! It is rarer and rarer for this to be the case, maybe this is where a fifth star should go. Maybe my guilt over being the first non-​5-​star review for them will wear me down.
I am going back here when I am not in a panic/​rush mode because I saw lots of home improvement project supplies here and, again, what I knew of pricing, theirs was better.
Thanks to the guy at A.O. Reed who told me to go here. What I was looking for was not even available at the blue and orange big box stores except by mail order.
Gardening? Landscaping? Irrigation? Check this place out. Old school customer service and getting you done right.

Extremely knowledgeable staff at this store. Whenever I have any questions about irrigation or anything related to controlling water or backyard projects, this is the place to go. I’d like to mention one of their sales staff Steven D. is as helpful as he is hilarious, which is a lot. He makes shopping for «thick pipes» quite the experience… Lol!

Great people work here. They are most tolerant and helpful with the most amateur of customer.
