I’ve been having pack pain since my teens, couple that with working a job where I sit all day and a couple car accidents, I was long overdue to be seen for an adjustment. I loved the chiropractor I had gone to when I lived out of state and Joint Medical had some big shoes to fill. I was so impressed! The gentlemen who works the front desk is very helpful and willing to tell you what all your insurance will cover and how much you gave out of pocket. Nichole did my back message and she tested my pain level but she was extremely sweet and loosened me up like I needed her to. The doctor who saw me and adjusted me was very informative about why I was having the pain I was and what could be done to help. I liked the office environment and everything flowed smoothly the only downside I would say is that the office is two medium size offices instead of one large one so if you have to get a message you going into a different office and then go next door to get adjusted but besides that I love it. I look forward to my next appointment!

I’m so glad I finally started going here. A less than stellar experience elsewhere motivated me to try this place out and they are amazing. A one stop shop to help me get my back back to normal after having twins. I can get adjusted and a quick deep tissue massage all in the same visit. They are all so friendly and helpful and very willing to work with insurance. I will recommend them to anyone who has physical therapy, chiropractic or massage needs.

I am Joint Medical’s «worst patient.» Worst meaning my back/​neck are really f***** up. For those that don’t know, your neck is supposed to be at a +40 angle. Mine was at a –17 angle which meant I had a very forward neck. My spine was also curved into an S shape. I was in a tremendous amount of pain on a daily basis for many years and kept it to myself for the most part. Then one night I decided to go to one of their free massage events offered to military spouses and that’s where I learned that Tricare would cover all the treatment costs. I was so happy and booked my appointment right away. It was a rough start, it took a long time before I started to finally feel some relief but at least they didn’t sugar coat it. They said it would take a while and they said straight out I may not make a full recovery, some of the damage may be permanent. But after 20 treatments they took X-​rays again and I’m now at 0 for my angle and they’re hoping to get it in the 30s. So far I’m approved for 40 treatments but probably will get more considering my condition. It wasn’t until recently that I noticed a huge relief in pain from a new addition to my therapy. And now I haven’t been able to go to treatment for a while due to an unrelated surgery and now my neck hurts of course. When I’m not able to go to treatment is when it gets bad. So that tells me the treatments are definitely helping and also that it’s important to do these on a regular basis (kinda hoping they never end). All of the staff are super super nice and helpful. The massage therapists are all excellent especially Nancy, she deserves some recognition. I recommend this place to anyone experiencing an injury or pain.

Outstanding staff. Every single person there is kind and considerate of your needs! I enjoy going to joint medical not only because my body feels amazing after but because I enjoy the staffs presence. I wish I could give 10 stars.

This place is great I have little problems that I thought were just a bother and there fixing me and getting rid of all of the things that both me. the staff is awesome it does suck that there only open Monday Wednesday Friday but there great

I have been working out for hmmm 6 years now. My shoulder and back are starting to hurt. I talked to Dr Crowley and he suggested I get them checked out. Plus, I do need some adjustment and chiropractic care moving forward. So it is nice to know they have multiple locations in SoCal to accommodate my busy schedule.
I arrived here at 9am, the front desk staff was exceptional and they had me in the X-​Ray room in no time. I can’t be out of the office for too long, so I set up my appointment to see Dr Crowley in the next few days. The whole process was smooth and painless. I even received a special office tour from Dr Chapman. Honestly people, this place is a class act! So get down here and let’s get «cracking»

This is a review based on my first interaction and appointment at Joint Medical in Vista. I am going to continue treatment at their San Clemente office and will write a review in the future for Joint Medical SC:
Compared to my previous (and not entirely helpful) experience with orthopedic doctors, PT, and chiropractic work for a neck issue, this place absolutely blew me away and was more efficient, helpful, attentive, and comprehensive in their evaluation and initial treatment. I injured my back 3 months ago and it took me this long to seek help again due to my skepticism from my previous experience. I am so genuinely impressed, and from my initial phone call, the staff and medical professionals here made me feel like they were truly listening and wanted to help me as quickly as possible rather than making me jump through hoops before offering any relief of my pain.
So far, I would highly recommend Joint Medical if you have a back or neck injury. I don’t have Tricare, but they were still willing to work with me to make this treatment affordable. Definitely worthwhile.

As a medical professional I was a sceptic at first, but I’m actually very impressed with this place. All the staff and Dr’s are very good, extremely nice, and sociable. The therapeutic massage with Sandra is the best part! It’s wonderful for military spouses because Tricare covers 100% of the bill. Can’t beat free treatment. I highly recommend making an appt and seeing how they can help you!

Great Staff all around, like every single person at this place, are so nice and amazing and all about the patient. I have to say, if you have been in pain and need some serious attention and want to get yourself back on track, this is the place to go!

We love the people at Joint Medical. These Chiropractors and staff were such a help when I was pregnant.

I’ve never really been to a Chiropractor on a regular basis, sure I’ve had an adjustment or two in my life but I never sought one out for a particular problem. I discovered Joint medical from my health care network and decided to give them a try.
They are located in a upstairs hideaway spot in vista behind the BofA on Santa Fe, they have 2 suites one for Chiropractic and Massage and one for Rehab, therapy and Yoga.
The staff is very nice and attentive and usually you don’t have to wait long to be seen.
Madeleine Hoang is the Massage Therapist there and she was the first to ever give me a professional massage, she told me my muscles were stubborn and then proceeded to Deep Tissue the crap out of my back to get rid of years of Knots and bulges that should not have been there, I loved every minute of it.
Dr. Jill Chapman is the Main Chiropractor there and she is very nice and very good at distracting you while cracking your back and neck, I really don’t think she liked my shoes as much as she let on cause as soon as I started to talk back to her about them she quickly twisted and cracked my neck in about a dozen places.
My Neck feels much better than before and believe that a lot has to do with the care I have received at Joint medical. I would and will recommend this place to anyone who has back or neck problems or even people looking for a place to do Yoga because they offer that there as well.
