Terrible customer service/SMELLY product 1. The bunkbed I ordered was two weeks later than they had promised! 2. The first attempt to deliver, they showed up with broken materials and so they had to re-order and come back a week later. 3. After the second order we are the ones that had to call to see when it was in and when we finally called it had already been in stock for a couple of days before anybody had ever contacted us to set up another delivery time. 4. When they set up the bedroom set it made my entire upstairs smell like a strong chemical cinnamon smell… I am nine months pregnant so this was very alarming! 5. After not being able to air the bedroom out to get rid of the smell for 4 days, I tried to get in touch with a manager at customer service and was told they would call me back and it took me calling repeatedly, since no one was ever calling me back, and 48 hours later until I finally reached someone. 6. After all of that they said they would come pick up the furniture but charge me a restocking fee since a chemical smell is not a manufacturer default! 7. The conversation with that last customer service manager, FERNANDO, was very unpleasant because he corrected my tone and my language and asked me to be professional when from day one living spaces was never ever professional and never ever apologize for all of the multiple inconveniences they put on me! 8. They said they’d come pick up my furniture the next day and no call and no show… I still have toxic furniture smelling up my house!!! 9. Waiting again for another manager to get back to me!!! I’m really looking forward to paying a restocking fee for furniture that I had to return because it was toxic and smelled awful… because I guess that’s MY fault!

If you’re looking to be disappointed and have to possibly have to return the furniture multiple times like I did this is the place! Ordered a cocktail table from them and picked it up next day. After picking it up I got homeo to be disappointed and learn that it had been mishandled and chipped. Had to return it the store the next day where I was supposed to pick up a replacement unit. I learned my lesson the first time and decided to check the replacement and sure enough it was also chipped. Now I’m waiting to receive a unit at my house and only time will tell how this one will arrive. I’m going to post an image of the box for you to see how they handle their products. Also don’t miss the amazing puddle of dried urine in the women’s bathroom. On the pro side Javier in the warehouse is a good dude.

Last month was the first time shopping from Living Spaces and it was a great experience. We were looking for a couch and I aways do lot of research on big purchases so I had checked out five other furniture stores, two local ones plus Ashley Furniture, JCPenny and Macy’s so I have something to compare. Here’s what made it a great experience: 1. Large variety of different styles and price ranges and I easily found what I liked. 2.All the employees I encountered were friendly and helped me when I had questions. I didn’t feel like they were hovering over me, probably b/c they aren’t paid on commission. 3. The one employee who assisted my wife and I with the sale was very patient as we were going back and forth on two couches to decide on. 4. The delivery went smoother then I thought it would which was just a day after our purchase. The delivery tracking system worked very well and gave us a good idea down to the hour when they would arrive so we were able to be out and about. The delivery driver called me about 15 min before they arrived and we were on our way home but just had to rush it a bit. I believe the delivery driver is supposed to call closer to 30 min before, but it all worked out fine. The couch is exactly what we wanted and have had it for a month now. It was such a good experience that we went back to Living Spaces a few weeks later(this time in San Diego) since we were closer there and bought a dresser. Same great experience from them and delivery went as planned. I have to admit that I was hesitant based on other reviews of deliveries going wrong, but Living Spaces did us well and I would likely return in the future.

Initially walking into the store you are overwhelmed with excitement of all of the furniture choices. The sales people will walk up to you and let you know that they are not commission and are there to assist you . Great prices ! Somewhat too good to be true . I purchased a couch and since I have children I decided to add on the«VIPWARRANTY» I’ve never paid extra money in the past to warranty furniture. But this time it seemed like a good idea . Once my couch was delivered and I began using it for daily use, I noticed that the cushions would slide forward every time you sit on it. It seems to swallow anyone and everything that has contact with a cushion. I guess I’ll have to deal with it . This last summer was a hot one, and I have now owned this uncomfortable couch for two years. The material starts peeling, everyday peeling more and more. Pieces of the couch are everywhere. They are in the ground, stuck on clothes, in hair. It’s just peeling away! Then I remember !! I bought that protection plan. A couch is suppose to last longer than 2 ½ years ! My husband starts a claim, he emails pictures and goes back in forth with service USA. We get a response that this peeling is not covered based on «Wear and Tear» or «Repeated use»… A couch is for sitting on REPEATEDLY“ DONOTBUYTHEWARRANTY! It is a SCAM! Spend the extra money on a quality couch. I have purchased from MOR and Jeromes in the past. I have never had furniture peel away like this WTFDOESTHISSOCALLEDWARRANTYCOVER? Stop ripping people off ! Just be upfront and let us know your furniture is crap and you don’t back it up. Leading people to believe your VIP warranty will cover damage is a Joke ! I work in the people industry; I meet people daily. I will let everyone know about the quality and so called VIP warranty service
