the worst dental experience ever. My first appointment consisted of xrays and exam the dental assistant was not very talkative but professional. As soon as the Doctor Nieva walked in, I felt the tension in the room .The dentist even asked the dental assistant at one point «Why are you looking at me like that? Is there a problem «?
I should have never returned but my second appointment was to extract one tooth on my lower teeth. ONce there after missing one hour of work, the dentist said she would have to work on my upper teeth first and yada yada. I suggested she work on the tooth that was giving me the most pain which was the LOwer
tooth, the one that I was scheduled to be removed .She then said okay but she had to extract the tooth and one next to it. I asked her if she had no confidence in removing the tooth and she said no ! Not without damaging the other ! I jumped out of her chair and said goodbye. I have no confidence in this dentist .Not only did I lose two hours of my work for a dentist who scheduled me for one thing and decided on another not once but twice. Luckily I have another better dentist who doesn’t quarrel with her dental assistants and makes the customer feel comfortable and relaxed and important. She also does not care so much about the money to be made but for me and the health of my teeth .
So all in all this dental office is a horrifying business. OH by the way only four people are on staff including the dentist what does that you tell you?
