Perfect Optics

Having worked in the field for 16 plus years, this is by far one of the best labs around. The customer service reps are exceptional. Yes, at times there are delays, but that is rare and happens with everyone. If quality is what you are looking for this is the place.

This is a great lab for Free Form optical work. The only caveat I can think of off the bat is that they will not process anything over 12.50 diopters total power, even if the prescription range for the product extends further than that (e.g. Shamir Autograph II’s maximum of –18.75 total power.)
They are not always «perfect» per se, but they are still pretty darn good. The times they don’t quite live up to their namesake, they make up for it with amazing customer service and CSR’s that actually respond to you when they say they will. Their turnaround time is slightly shorter than a lot of other optical labs and they do a great job with what they send out.
In addition to Free Form and conventional work, they can also process high-​wrap and other specialty mounts with no problem. This is great is you have, say, an Oakley frame but a prescription that is out of Oakley’s Rx range.
