Sprint Store

So today I called twice for information since I wanted to switch to sprint and they were very nice at answering all my questions. When I got to the store Evelyn one of the associates from sprint helped me right away, she was very fast and answered all my questions. Definitely go with her, she’s nice fast and very sociable so activating a phone won’t be boring. In fact all the co workers there were so nice and so outgoing it felt like such a cool environment they treated my boyfriend and I very good! The service I got was very good I got a very good deal and wouldn’t go back to my old service. I recommend this store to everyone. Anthony was great, he was pretty fast answered all my questions and was very friendly. I recommend this store to everyone, the workers there are so outgoing and very helpful! You won’t regret your visit!

I’ve been a Sprint customer for over a decade, but until I found this location and was helped by Fabian (now at their Radio Shack location) and Garrett, I often had issues with their customer service. In less than 30 min, I had a new phone line added, one existing line upgraded, and walked out with two brand-​new phones of our choice. Thank you, Garrett. I strongly recommend this location to everyone.

Garrett was so helpful! We switched from Verizon and he got us all set up with new phones, way cheaper monthly plan with double the data we had with Verizon. Very happy!

Evalen was very helpful. She was very informative great sales person. Very knowledgeable and awesome costumer service.

Evalynn was awesome changed verizon plans got better deal knowledgeable and even recommended some great accesories.

I’m not sure why so many have complained about this store as I’ve done two upgrades here over the last couple of years and have always had great and friendly service. This time was no exception. Of course it helps to have a little patience and understanding that this process takes a bit of time.
We upgraded to the iphone 6s– for three of us– and it was pretty painless. Garrett and John were both knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to give a basic phone comparison and then confirming our usage to make sure we were in the right plan– we made the adjustments, picked out the phones, had the activation go smooth and we got killer rebates on our old iphone 5c’s– almost $ 250 per phone!!!
We used the rebate to get better cases and still had enough for the wife to finally get a fitbit!
Garrett and John were great! Patient, helpful… just…great!
I’ll shop here again when I need to upgrade.

Brutal customer service to make a cash payment they’d rather point you to a machine that doesnt work for business lines so that you can hassle with it for a little, ONLY to end up at the counter making the payment anyways. Will definitely not be returning here will just stick to the regular one off college and oceanside.

I switched from Verizon to sprint recently and I am pretty happy with the service. the only issue I have is that the sales associates said there was more «LTE» service with the new iPhone 6s but I haven’t ever seen that.

Recently upgraded to an iPhone 6s. The sales staff answered all my questions. It was smooth and painless. I’ve really never had the «horror» story that some people have expressed with sprint.
The sales staff gave me all the information and price quotes without being pushy. Overall an excellent experience.
Plus, I got some cool bonus tech items by JBL and recently got a free Amazon prime for a year!

I don’t recommend this store, I experienced wasting time and money. My phone line was disconnected immediately and transferred to sprint without agreeing about the deal. When I ordered the phone online they said that I have time to transfer my contacts and the send my old phone to them. When I was at the store story changed and I end up no phone connection on my own phone and they told me to go back my previous company to re establish my service. It cost me another $ 16.00 to purchase new sim card and to get my service back.
Be aware that the customer service is sucks. Stay away from this store.

WHY did I leave AT&T ???

People working in the store are rude and used car salesman type. read everything they give you because they will tell you things just to sell your product that isn’t exactly truthful. buyer beware as when you get your phone bill you will be surprised. better to do some research and find better plans out there. Forget about getting any help if you go back and try to get information. bad store bad service rude people and slick snakey sales grunts. If that’s the service you’re looking for you found it at this store.

This is probably the least helpful mobile device store I have ever been in.
First off when we were in to purchase 4 new phones and line of service we were told we were receiving the best deal possible from Sprint.
After we made our selections on phones and were going through the 2 hour process of getting them activated and paid for I noticed 2 differently instances where customers came in who did not speak English. The sale person offered both customers some code or deal, or as I like to refer to it as «I’m paying for their phones and service too»
So although I am a business man and pay taxes I am not eligible for any special rates or plans. But customers who come in who do not pay taxes and are living off of the government are immediately offered rates lower than we can receive and free phones. I don’t know for sure but this really seems like discrimination to me.
So after our purchase we had to listen to the sales girl try and convince us that unless we buy several hundreds of dollars of overpriced accessories from them that our phones will self district and be worthless as soon as we walk out of he door. After I let them know that zi can find better products for less money elsewhere I thought she was going to pull a gun on me and shoot me on the spot. One thing I cannot stand is when we are pressured to buy something we do not want. Back off please! No means no and the more you pressure me the more I will mean my no. NO!
Very poor sales tactics, unknowledgable sales staff and way too pushy. I believe they went down to the local used car store to do their employee search
The Sprint store on Sycamore has a much more know knowledgeable staff and not quite as pushy, but still a little strong. Took only 2 knows instead of 3 and my life did not appear to be in any danger

Customer service is terrible. They seem like they hate their job and hate helping everyone that walks in with an issue. Really need to review the staff or retrain.

Bought a new phone here and asked 5 times if I could return it. Guy said absolutely NO problem within 14 days. Got a better deal with online store that regular store couldn’t match. Went to return phone and 2^nd guy says I owe a restocking fee. When I said guy should have at least mentioned it, this guy argued that you have to read all fine print and their policy is NOT to tell you this. I said, what about just doing it for customer service — the guy knew I may want to return. Guy kept arguing. Sucky customer service! Guess the customer just doesn’t matter to people here. Should stayed w AT&T!

Worst fucking customer service ever !!! DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! They don’t cut your bill pin half they actually tack on surcharges and taxes and many other things … Assholes

I used to come here and the service was amazing. Now, not so much. The employees and rude, listening to music and ignoring me to answer their text messages. Then ask me to repeat myself because they couldn’t be bothered to pay attention. They also lied to me on several occasions

This review is based solely on the wonderful customer service my family and I received from Walter yesterday. My dad and I initially came to sprint around 11:30 after receiving horrible service at our normal provider store (AT&T). I heard that there was a deal from sprint that if you cancel with your carrier, they will pay all cancellation fees.
There’s a lot of detail that goes into this plan and I’m not going to try and think about it again. Walter was at the store from open to close. My dad and I first spent about 3 hours there deciding and gathering information about the plan. Later at night, we had to come back with the rest of the family in order to start our new plan and upgrade our phones (proud new iPhone 6 owner).
Walter was so so patient, informative, and polite. The store was really busy at some points but Walter really kept everything together and stayed calm. We had so many questions and concerns and Walter addressed them clearly, wrote things down for us, and kept his cool (I wouldn’t have been able to handle us like he did).
Long LONG story short, all in all we spent about 8 hours there yesterday, going back and forth and then doing all the final paperwork and getting our phones. If we had received the same type of service from Walter as we received at AT&T that day, there is no way we would’ve spent the time there that we did, but we were walked somewhat gracefully through the lengthy process and we are all very happy with the outcome.
Thank you sprint and thank you Walter! You truly deserve positive recognition.

It amazes me that this location has such low rating :/​my experience today was amazing it was the best I’ve ever had in my years of being with sprint. Lino Chavez was just so perfect in every way he helped my mom and I and was so knowledgable about everything. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. He didn’t rush and he took his time and was so patient. He has a positive attitude and helped my mom with her new iPhone 6+
As for the store itself… It was so clean and presentable even though a display was under construction. This store is now my go to store for all my cellular needs.
Lino Chavez your an amazing person I want to thank you for being so good to us and making us feel «at home» and not just another customer.

Absolutely the worst customer service experienced. This store offers no help whatsoever and the lady in front of the counter was rude. We were looking to upgrade but she wanted to charge more than what the deal offered.
I’ve been to really good Sprint Stores in the past but by far, this one is surely a stinker. Save your time and please, go somewhere else or better yet. Do all your Sprint stuff online.
