This place is an older establish storage facility but very well maintained. Prices were the best around. This office staff was very nice and always accommodating to your needs. Why go anyway else?

This location was one of the best Storage places i have ever been in my life, from pricing to Excellent customer service. one worker that helped me in all areas was Elizabeth she was great help to me by clarifying prices and hooking me up with good deals that i can only get by SD Storage.

The sign of a good business is how they handle mistakes and the kind of people they hire. I had reserved a 10×15 storage unit at SD Storage in Vista by phone, and was incorrectly quoted the discount price of a 10×10 unit. When I arrived, Fernando was working the office and presented me with the correct price for a 10×15 unit… the price difference from what I was quoted on the phone caught me off guard and I began to get angry at the mixup. Fernando quickly assured me that he would make things right and after a few calls to management and sincere apologies, he did. He was extremely professional and courteous in the face of a difficult customer service situation, and I would hire him in a minute for my own business.

I’ve been coming to this place for almost four years and every time I come in to SD Storage the employees are courteous and helpful. They have reasonable prices and their facility is very clean. recently I upgraded to a bigger storage unit and they made the transition very easy and were super helpful having me pick out a storage that was the right size for me. So if you live in North County and need a place to store some stuff, I would check out these guys because their prices are pretty reasonable and they are super nice!
