My friend works there and told me a different story and that he was screaming and cussing to the managers after they told them the policy,
Then he made a huge deal about it when all the management was doing was explaining the policy on gift card returns.
It’s a beautiful store, with a great staff.
I highly recommend this location.

Went here to get my money back for a prepaid card for my niece. I asked for the manager to process the transaction, Michaela, and she was extremely rude. She came out to argue and not to resolve. She said that they were not able to give my money back. I explained that I was not told that I need to give my social security, to a random person over seas, in order to activate the card. Michaela the store manager, yelled at me and said,” well it says it right there on a sign where your grabbed the card.”
Which was a total lie, there is no sign. She then grabbed my receipt and told me to call the customer service line.
Michaela the store manager wrote down–

I asked her if she was messing with me. She then stormed off. I told her that she was rude and she yelled out” get out of here get out of my store!” In front of my three kids. I said” I am here to buy some items” she yelled «well I’m going to call the cops». Michaela, the store manager, then grabbed the phone shaking like crazy. And she couldn’t even figure out how to call the cops.
I respectfully grabbed my kids and left. I called to complain about the manager and I haven’t heard back from the General manager yet.
NEVER GO HERE! Unless your ready to be treated poorly.

I rushed in here needing one hour photo at 8 a.m. on a monday morning for a school project. Even though a photo tecniction was gone they quickly got someone to help. I can always appreciate fast and friendly service when with the kids.

Had a bad experience at the CVS across the street and switched to these guys recently. They are always very kind and the store is clean, bright and well stocked. Love the tropical island photographs too, nice touch.

The pharmacy is terrific. They call your doctors, they text me promptly when my meds are filled, and they are courteous. My flu shot was done between 15 and 20 minutes. It is so much better than CVS which is right across the street.
The rest of the store is just OK, prices are just too high, except on a few random items – and you have to use the member card to get the discount. I don’t like carrying those cards around in my wallet, it’s an unnecessary inconvenience.

Excellent staff and always have the items I need in stock. I regularly shop at this location and the team members always take time to assist with any current coupons or sales happening on my regular items, ie: cigarettes, red bulls etc. They are always helpful and friendly and now I can print pictures right from my iPhone to the photo dept. I really enjoy this Walgreens and hope the team gets some kudos on being so great.
