This is in response to Jovan’s message. I have not received any voice mails or emails from you, so I don’t know how you’re trying to contact me other than on Unilocal.I also wanted to add that I received the billing info for my visit, and you were paid $ 240 for the sub-par cleaning I last received. I hope your Dr. isn’t as unprofessional with his next patients as he was with me. *** 2nd response to 2nd message: Oh I assure you — I understood when he told me MULTIPLE times that he was making $ 0 from my visit. He showed me paperwork, expecting me to understand that meant he made no money. He asked me to repeat it back to him — which I did — and he confirmed. So we were understanding each other there. It was me and two male employees in the office. What was I supposed to do? I came for a cleaning, I got a poor cleaning, and I left. As you must know, the majority fo the time my mouth was open being worked on. Not really conducive to having a confrontational coversation. Also, I knew I wasn’t ever coming back because I was moving so what did it matter? If I had said anything to him/them directly it wouldn’t have changed anything. Your office absolutely got paid SOMETHING for that visit, don’t pretend like you’re a charity or something. It’s not my job to handle your insurance claims. I’m just a patient. It’s extremely unprofessional to discuss such things with patients when it’s unsolicited, adn I thought other people should know that about your office.

I always use to be afraid to visit the dentist, but yet again who isn’t! Haha. This dentist office is inviting, friendly and enthusiastic about providing a good dental experience. The Dr. As well as his front desk team seem to be very personable with their patients as well as helpful to meeting the needs of the patients. The Dr. Brings up good conversation topics, knows how to make you laugh. It’s an over all good experience!
