ZOTCO Exterminators

I had an ant and spider nightmare in my home for 2 years. I have used all the other service companies who just came and sprayed. Ants were coming out of wall sockets in my home. I have bird aviaries so outside food was an issue as well. I live on several acres and I have been a Realtor for years so I have connections with plenty of service contractors. I hired David who is very educated and far more knowledgable then your ‘service tech’. Not an ANT DARES to enter my property! They STOP at the Fence– literally!!! I can’t recommend any other Pest Control Company. San Diego has Real Ant Issues and you need the Best, David Broussard is the Best!

We’ve used Zotco for our home for more than 10 years. David Broussard is, without question, the best exterminator we have ever had. He is the only one, in our years in San Diego, who could keep the ants OUT and the rats away.
Plus — added bonus: He’s a heckuva nice guy.
Seeing a bad review for him, especially one so negative, makes zero sense. Whether rats or ants — David made sure we never had a problem.
We left San Diego for several years and just returned. Among our first calls when we got back: David.
He’s a small, family business. He does the work. No fancy contracts. Just excellent work.

David Broussard/​Zotco is exceptional. He is professional, cautious in not harming pets with the chemicals and careful with vegetable gardens. Everytime he services our house, he does such a great job getting rid of pests that I feel bad that we don’t have to use him more frequently. He guarantees his work and he is willing to return if the first treatment doesn’t get rid of the pests. I would highly recommend Zotco Exterminators to anyone.

I wish there was a negative number of stars available here. Zotco has literally cost me thousands due to their ineffective, unthorough, inexperienced, uneducated, half-​ass «treatment» of bed bugs in my office. Unfortunately, the company I work for is bound by a contract with them & I’m stuck having to rely on their «services» for this ONGOING issue until the contract runs out & a new/​better exterminator can be hired. I keep having to spend big bucks to have my home exterminated because of tranferance between office & home. I’m sooooo pissed.
Zotco might be good at getting rid of ants and termites… but they know NOTHING about bedbugs. Due to an unwanted but necessary self-​education on these little buggers, I’ve asked that specific chemicals, dusts and IGRs be used… but they still haven’t done the job right. My battle continues. Thanks for nothing, Zotco.
