Gave Sentry a check from our insurance company to replace our roof in July/​2014. They repeatedly switched dates for the work and never showed up. Called to tell them we wanted our money back and was told that when the check was approved by the supervisor, we would receive a check. That was two months ago and we haven’t received our check. Their phone has been disconnected and there is no way to contact them. Run as far as you can if they approach you about doing work on your home.

I am entitled to a referral fee as part of my contract agreement with these guys. I have tried and tried to contact Sentry and have no response from my text msgs or my emails or my phone calls.
Their word is not worth the paper it is written on.

It’s been three months since we gave Courtney Wene a check for USAA insurance approved roofing and siding and the work is still not done. No way to treat a veteran.
