Bought tile a few years back for new renovated bathroom from them and I had decided that I didn’t like the way the shower set up was. So I went back in to see if they could find the same tile I purchased from them and they pretty much turned me away. They didn’t even try to see if they could find the tile. They looked at the old sales receipt I had and said no. I ask them if it was discontinued and she just nodded her head. Didn’t look it up in a catalog, didn’t say that she would call the manufacturer and get back to me, just no.
If it isn’t a big sale, they don’t want to help. I don’t recommend them.

Called this store because I quickly needed one 2×2 tile for my bathroom floor. Debbie kindly found an extra lying around and gave it to me!
It’s rare you find someone who gives you such selfless customer service — I’d highly recommend this store for your tile needs!!!
