No one in flooring dept, after 20 minutes to find the person supposedly in charge of the dept
He said I could buy the kitchen tile but they no longer install. Came here cuz could not get help at Home Depot. So went home and did it online. And retail wonders why their biz is lousy.

Not happy with installation department. Installer (kitchen remodel) never showed up despite confirmation of installation date. We cancelled and decided to self-​install. Will use HD on future projects. The guy in kitchen cabinet department was really sharp though.

The staff here was so mediocre that I left and went down to The Home Depot which is ok because while I am staying close to a Lowes, I have a Home Depot near my house that I just bought. Lowes lost my business after today though.

Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Bought a side by side GE fridge and was expecting deliver today. I took half a day off of work so I could be home for the deliver between 12 – 4. At 7:17p.m. they called me and said they could deliver the unit in one hour. I lost half a days of work and they never came. When I called the store the manager said he would refund my money and have a nice day.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. I went in to buy one thing. A pot that could hold about 50 pounds of sand. I only wanted to spend around $ 20 so I only looked at pots in that price range. I always make sure I’m taking something from the correct spot so I don’t have any surprises at the register.
So when my pot rang up for $ 35 my heart sank. Luckily, there was a manager right there who said «How much did she say it was? $ 18? Override it» Whaaa? I wanted to hug the guy but restrained myself and just told him he bought himself a customer for life.

I visit Lowe’s everyday at home. I have never received service like this! Rik and Rosa were very helpful, going out of their way to find what we needed. Great sense of humor and seemed like they enjoyed their job.
Upon loading the car, another Lowe’s employee actually came over and started to load the boxes in our trunk. We didn’t even ask!
Probably most people won’t check reviews for Lowe’s, but I was so impressed with their service, had to review.
