I was skeptical based on my past Chili’s experiences but this location was far better than the other one I’ve visited. Burger was everything I wanted — we came in expecting to wait but were seated really fast, definitely would return.

Tonight on Veterans Day my brother(a US combat veteran) was horrendously disrespected by both a deplorably rude wAitress and manager at this location. After ordering his«free» vet meal, and being too full to eat it, was told by the waitress that he could not bring it home. Then the manager came over. My brother asked if he ate some of the food could he take the rest home? «no» again, he was even told by the manager«we aren’t playing your games buddy»… The final offense came when he questioned if the meal which had already been prepared for him, would then be throw in the trash, the manager told him«damn right». UNREAL!!! FYI my brother served in the American Army for many years, and was even stationed in The war torn Middle East, risking his friggin life so people like this waitress and manager could live free & safe in the UNITEDSTATESOFAMERICA. How dare he be treated with anything less than the utmost respect and appreciation! 1 meal, 1 day of the year, and all it took was for 2 mean-hearted, selfish, little people to ruin his special day. He was willing to risk his life for this country and for him to belittled and embarrassed by representatives of this establishment is unacceptable and un-American. You 2 know who you are, and you should be ASHAMED! Its employees like you who bring big name establishments down. You can’t even serve a MEAL thank goodness there are still good people like my brother, to serve this country!

One of my favorite restaurants in the area. They are consistently good, service & food. While its a chain restaurant, they rotate their menu enough to keep things interesting. The food is always cooked properly, the restaurant is clean and the servers are attentive. It wouldn’t be my first choice for a special occasion, but food a great, reliable meal… You can bet Chili’s will deliver!

This place is great! I don’t ever have great customer service when I go here but it’s good customer service. The waitresses could be friendlier. The food and drinks here are awesome!

Placed a simple lunch order. Go and pick up the food and drive home. Of course the order isn’t anywhere near the correct order. Call the restaurant and shuffled between 3 people then put on hold and nobody ever came back on the phone. Called back again and the guy has a big attitude and insists the food is correct. So nobody at the restaurant knows the difference between turkey and chicken. Avoid this lousy restaurant

The service was great! But the reason why I give this place two stars is because they are way to slow and the prices are sky high Also the food isn’t to great

Traveling for work and stopped by at the end of a jog. The staff was really quick and friendly, and the food was great quality — and the favorites you love from Chili’s. Another bonus is that it is across the street from a cemetery that has veterans from the Revolutionary war and Civil war.

Traveling for work brought me to W Springfield and this Chilis location was right by the hotel I was staying at. I came in for a beer and some dinner and pulled up a seat at the bar. Placed my order(beer and a salad), the beer was promptly served but the salad came out a long time after. The 3 people who were across from me ordered after me and got their burger, ribs and fajitas BEFORE I got my small, simple salad. Food was of course awesome when it arrived, service lacked on this visit.

Chili’s appears to be as good as it needs to be. imagine a Wednesday night and the place is packed. Their customers like chili’s and don’t seem to care what Unilocalers think! Our experience was far from perfect… but it was fine. extremely nice host brought us to our seat… our waiter was very good… very friendly. good employees add stars to the experience. wife had a margarita($ 3.99!).I had some sort of watermelon with vodka drink. Both of us sensed both drinks were almost alcohol free! Wife had the Caribbean salad. said it was«incomplete». didn’t seem to include the promised pineapples and oranges. she sensed it was just chicken atop a regular house salad. I had the Wednesday night special of baby back ribs. decent portion… nothing special… just OK. some sort of mashed potato and cheese side dish looked interesting but tasted bland. left pretty full. somewhat satisfied… and that seems to be what chilis strives for. they appear to know exactly what their customers want.

Went in to order take out on the way home. After walking in I was sent to the take out desk and told someone would be over, after about 15 minutes of waiting, and being ignored by multiple staff that walked right by me(and looked at me), I asked one if they could take my order, and was told that they would get the staff assigned to that station. After a few more minutes that staff walked over to tell me to wait longer while they took care of something. Not very impressed with the customer service

Worst service ever. Waitress was snotty and did not come by until our meals were done. We were out of drinks and it was tough to take down the awful food I want to go throw up now. NEVERAGAIN!

Maybe it was the rush of staying in Springfield on a Friday night — or maybe it was the lure of the Coronita(margarita avec a mini-bottle of Corona…) — who knows, but something compelled me to take us to Chili’s a few weeks ago. We came in hot — me, in a show-stopping snow-leopard print cardi, my date in a ravishing flannel — and were made immediately aware that Chili’s is THE spot to be at 6p on a Friday night and hadn’t gotten the message that as ladiez we were supposed to be in those shirts w/sleeve cut-outs and sequins I previously thought ABC had specifically made for its contestants on the Bachelorette — and glitter eye shadow — rookie mistake. People watching aside, we settled in for what I can only describe as a magical evening. Was there an iPad on the table that allowed us to order drinks, dessert, and play games, lest we decided we loathed each other and needed to cover our boredom in triple berry margs and cookies? Yes. After spending a fair amnt of time mesmerized like kittens by a laser with our machine, we actually looked at the menu — and perhaps this is b/c I’m but a simple girl… I thought that«tex-mex» meant American Mexican food(read: yes on tacos, no on huitlacoche)…which somehow Chili’s has interpreted as including apps like fried pickles, margherita flatbread, southwestern egg rolls(okay, I’ll give you that one, Chili’s), and Cajun cheddar bites — confusing — but, we did not let ourselves get seduced by any of these gems as like any reasonable human beings, when we saw the phrase«table-side guac», I knew the only answer was«give that to me now». In terms of quality, it was appropriately smooth/chunky, though lacking in flavor — but I appreciated our server’s effort at making us feel like we were back in Acapulco rather than in a bar blaring RiRi w no fewer than four TVs airing Sweet 16 games. Accompanying chips were clearly right from the fryer though a bit too dainty to hold up to the heft of our guac. For an entrée I played it safe — shrimp tacos — billed as spicy, though IRL they were quite timid and the cilantro rice was soapy, but the black beans were serviceable. Fajitas were sizzling, though the portioning of the accompanying rice, beans, guac, cheese, etc was paltry. If you’re feeling a bit more wild, you can hit the beef enchiladas, ancho salmon, mango-chile chicken, rack of ribs w Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce(not kidding), or any other number of chickeny/steaky things that come w some vaguely South of the Border flare. Most of it was def prepped somewhere else and carted to us with love on a semi-truck, but whatever, we had fun. Oh, get dessert if you feel like your week has been absent of poor life choices — we went for the toffee brownie skillet — fudgey, complete w that faint hint of chemical that belies the fact that it had at least 12 ingredients in it that have no business being in brownies, but the chocolate sauce drizzled over it + nilla ice cream + «toffee» bits really brought it home. I felt lightly ill afterwards but what a rush that was. Obs we needed booze to get through this adventure — and I have to say, all snobbery aside, the non-fancy margs are actually good. And if you feel like going hard they also serve drinks made w 901 — Justin Timberlake’s tequila. Din for two was $ 60ish — is the food worth the price? No. But is it worth the LOLZ? Yes. Oh, and I think they also have a deal where you can get an app, two entrees, and maybe a dessert for $ 20…why we didn’t do that, idk… but regardless, if you’re looking for more of a budget night on the town, you can do that as well. Better than expected, though I think I will probably be okay to wait another 10−15y before a repeat visit.

I ate there a few times about 10 years ago and wasn’t impressed. I received a gift card to Chili’s for Xmas so I had to return and was eager to see if anything had changed. I was greeted and seated by the manager, who spent at least five minutes at my table«educating» me about how«fresh» their food was, explaining how to use the tabletop tablet computer and being borderline invasive almost to the point where I became uncomfortable. But I put up with it. I wasn’t ready for what the waitress did when she first came over to the table. I was dining alone, and she slid into the other side of the booth and sat down while took my drink order and discussed the menu. Don’t get me wrong… she was VERY attentive, pleasant and eager to please… I just thought again it was a little overpowering. Why were these people overly personable… what were they overcompensating for, I wondered. I ordered an $ 18 meal of ribs, «loaded mashed» and steamed broccoli. It arrived after an acceptable wait. However, no rolls or bread were offered. The serving of mashed was small and seemed like it was instant potatoes with chunks of real potatoes added in to fool me into thinking they were real. The broccoli was OK… just steamed, as the menu described they would be. The ribs were lacking in sauce, and it appeared that there were absolutely NO seasonings used on the meat when it was cooked. If there hadn’t been BBQ sauce, there would have been very little flavor at all. Chili’s only has two BBQ sauces to choose from… one that is heavily flavored with BEER, and the other which is flavored with Doctor Pepper soda. I chose the latter, and found it to be inferior to most other BBQ sauces I have had elsewhere and have used to grill with at my house. I gave the manager my feedback. He did his job and accepted it thankfully. We both knew that he was powerless to change the company formula for serving, portion size, or food preparation. I invited him to try a BBQ restaurant I like much better than Chili’s. Try Texas Roadhouse… there is NO comparison. I spoke with several people at other businesses I stopped at on my way home from Chili’s. They all had the same opinion… Chili’s is average at best.

Food was passable but the wait times were horrible and less then half the tables had people sitting at them, second time this has happened. Won’t be giving them a third chance.

The food and service was good. The Manager or Shift Supervisor walked around greeted everyone else in the dining area except US with an awkward look. Oh well, I hope Owner peeks in here and see this! 4-Stars for the Food and Service and 1-Star for the salt and peppered haired Manager. We tipped and hopefully it goes ONLY to the waitstaff. After that visit, not visiting there ever again.

My visit to Chili’s was a very good one. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Drinks were always filled and food quality was excellent. Ordered the 2-for-20 meal with an appetizer. Texas cheese fries came out within a reasonable amount of time and were presented very well. The meal itself… I had the crispy honey-chipotle chicken crispers meal. Came out again very quickly, and was quite good. Can’t go wrong with classics. Would definitely return again, and have many times previously.

I had my usual, Margarita Chicken. They did it to my specifications, as usual… The chicken was good, but the black beans were kind of dried and tasted weird. But our wonderful waiter took care of it right away. We come there a lot, and always enjoy it!

On my first night in Holyoke, MA, we decided on Chili’s. It was about 8pm at night and had to wait 5 minutes for a table. The people who work here are friendly and answered my questions with a smile. Our section was busy, so it took our server about 5 minutes to come by and take our drink orders. I asked a question about their 2 for $ 20 deal. After our server came back with our drinks, we ordered. We decided to share a house salad($ 3.99) with citrus balsamic dressing and a full rack of baby back ribs($ 17.99) original style(three styles available) with two sides(we ordered corn and french fries). Our food came out fairly quickly(salad first) and everything was great. Our server came back several times to make sure our food tasted good and to see if we needed anything else. Thanks Chili’s.
