High Priced and not great customer service. Quotes are always high. Definitely not coming back. Said stuff needed to be repaired for 600 dollars. Told them IM GOOD and went got my repair for 300 dollars Cheaper. WONT BE GOING BACK!

I have not written many poor reviews but I must warn anyone that goes for service there. The sad thing is when I advised the store manager of the situation he is completely clueless on how to manage people and processes. When I discuss the situation with him all he had was excuses. Pep Boys how have you promoted someone like this ?
Extremely poor service and failure to back up their products or their decisions. Buyer beware when you go there I hate to see anyone have to deal with this poor management. When I advised the manager, the sales man sold me the wrong tire he said I should have done my research?!? I told him I came to there for their experience and trusted their expertise, and he said they just put them on and I shouln’t trust his salesman. Are you kidding me? Then they had me go onto
and order the wrong tires.
Completely frustrated!!! What happened to customer service and standing behind your product?

I just got my brakes done and my oxygen sensor with pep boys. The guys were friendly and I appreciate that. My brakes was fixed like new. There are few things thay has me wondering. They ordered the oxygen sensor part for me and placed it with a «new» one. The following day, my light on my dash board turns on again. It makes me wonder if the guy really replaced it or did nothing to it. I came back and the problem was the same. They told me, they usually get it right the first time. It makes me question their honesty and credibility. They were nice about letting me know about the problem. It’s not too bad. I WILL update this next time my sensor comes on and see how they respond to it.

Got a flat tire on I-​15 didn’t have the key to unlock the hubcap to change the tire. They stayed open after closing so I could get my car in to get the tire fixed. The guys were nice and friendly.

a week ago tire failed in the morning that i bought here. went to les schwab and they fixed for free and said
that they were mounted incorrectly and the stem failed
and they replaced at no charge. appreciated free coffee
and popcorn and friendly nice service i got there.

idnt know why my dad thought bringing my car here would have it fixed, mind u my car is 2001 and rare to find parts to fix it, but everytime i took my car into this place i felt like we were paying for it to sit in the garage. my gear shift knob broke while they were having a look at it and told me they replaced it with a temporary knob until they found a new one (which they never did) and i still havent heard from them, i sent an email talking about my issue when i brought my car in for another checkup and i overheard a manager (or someone) in the back reading my email and they didnt bother discussing the issue. i feel like im just overpaying them. and i would never take my car back to this place. thats all.

Went into this Pep Boys this morning to get oil filters and oil for two new vehicles needing a first service. The catalogs available for filter fitment were from 2010 and 2012. I asked the staff about it — «The filters for those vehicles have not changed. What’s listed in the old catalogs will fit.» One of the vehicles is the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee — it’s not even listed in those old catalogs. I left without making a purchase.

Very friendly, knowledgable, honest employees. Had an experience where they didn’t provide the correct product by mistake, management was quick to apologize and make things right. I have used this Pep Boys for years and have always received the same grade A experience. Great products, employees, and service. Would recommend buying tires at this location.

I don’t have a long winded, comprehensive review. I just want to say they had what I wanted, and the two gentlemen who waited on me were GREAT. The perfect sense of humor to fill my tired morning hour…
I needed some 3A 12 volt fuses to replace the one that just blew out and rendered my ciggy plug cooler useless. Panic! I stay around the corner at the Country Inn & Suites twice a week, and this cooler keeps my return food (I drive a truck between Reno and Salt Lake City) cold while I sleep and await my return trip.
Got my fuses, and a good laugh. I’ll be back, for sure.
