Super Supplements

Awesome service and the guy knows his vitamins and minerals. Left feeling really good about my choices.

I do like the variety of items. I buy my raw honey and brags mother vinegar there, as well as rose water, vegetable glycerin and oils and Neem toothpaste. I highly recommend items of the Now Brand. Better prices than fancy grocery stores.
I’d like to try organic make up, but too pricey. I buy organic shampoo, lotions and soaps elsewhere, like TJ Maxx or Ross for example.
I do not always enjoy the staff-​most, say ¼ of them are helpful and very professional.
Many of them talk your ear and leg off, like that have a word quota and want to impress you with all they know or have heard of.

I shop here often with my wife and always spend quite a bit of money. I came in today and it’s about a 25 mile round trip. I planned to by quite a few supplements to stock up. The one item I really needed was out. I asked one if the workers for help. When I showed her the empty shelf and explained I needed a few items but really needed this she said no but she would check when they would have some. Turns out they did but it was in a box on the floor along with a number of other items. I asked when they would check the box they said probably by tomorrow afternoon. I said I was here now not tomorrow afternoon. Three dumb faces stared back. How hard could it be. I can by stuff all day from
, which is where I mostly shop now since they have been bought out by vitamin shop, but I was in need now and didn’t want to wait for shipping. I guess I’ll take my business there.

As a cashier you should never roll your eyes or be curt with a customer who is having trouble with a poorly functioning credit card machine. Rachel was completely inappropriate and completely unprofessional. Customer service obviously isn’t a priorty at this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Every time I go here, buy something, it doesn’t work, and I take it back — hassle to get a refund on my debit card.
Well, now they don’t GIVE refunds! Well, actually, if you take something back within 30 days and it’s been unopened and/​or unused — then you can get a refund. If not, you’re out of luck.
Now, really, why would I buy something to try if I could not open it or use it?
I think there’s a serious cash flow issue with Super Supplements (notice that they recently downsized their product line) and this is the latest in that line.
There are plenty of other places to buy the stuff that Super Supplements sells and THEY give refunds, opened, used, or not.
AVOID! YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND FROM THIS PLACE.
UPDATE — WELL, crums, I wish I had remembered that they will NOT give refunds for opened packages (I mean, how else are you supposed to find out/​figure out that you need to return the thing, especially for something like protein powder which has a taste). While I did get an «in store credit» I better hope that I keep the thin paper receipt with the magic number on it or I am out $ 28+ for nothing.
I am definitely not shopping at Super Supplements any longer. What WAS I thinking? There are plenty of other places that sell the same stuff as they do (online or in a brick and mortar store) that DO have return policies, opened or not.
Forget it.

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable. He spent time answering all my questions and picking out the best products for my needs.

They have a lot of stuff. The price for my item was slightly higher than their website, but that’s understandable. I don’t like it, but I understand.
Neat and well organized. Staff was friendly and offered help.

I have been going to Super Supplements in Everett ever since it opened. When I feel a cold coming on or any ailment with myself or anyone in my family, it’s the first place I head. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. They know it seems about everything and are very educated on their products. I literally have never been steered wrong here… They keep up with the trends and just when I read about something new, I go there and they have it and know a bunch about it. I will continue to go there for all my health needs and would highly recommend the Everett store to anyone…

For the longest time I thought Super Supplements was just some discount vitamin store that sold hyped up protein powders and other garbage. Boy was I wrong! This store has a wonderful selection of natural products (including skin care, cosmetics, natural cleaning supplies, etc.), herbal supplements and vitamins, teas, homeopathic remedies, and yes, there is some protein powder and stuff if you’re into that. They carry a wide range of brands to suit the needs of purists and thrifties. The prices on some of the natural products and herbs are better than the big healthy markets (i.e. Whole Foods, PCC, Central Market), and the staff is surprisingly knowledgeable here! They have always been able to help me find what I’m looking for, and I have tough questions at times. I took off a star because they tend to run out of certain things quite a bit (i.e. my Jason tea tree deodorant), but I still highly recommend this store!!! Oh, and there is always parking in their lot, and they’re right off the freeway in Everett if you’re passing through.
