these guys are awful. they’ll take your money, give you the runaround, send you fake shipping labels, lie to you, and never send your order. i’m a member of a very large motorcycle forum community, and many, many people have had the same bad experiences. avoid this company!

I have ordered from these guys on numerous occasions. Fast shipping, Helpful advice. One of the guys stayed on the phone for 30+ min walking me through a process. Really these guys go out of there way.

I ordered a simple gas cap gasket in February and had to call today (April 8^th) to cancel my order. I have NEVER experienced such lack of caring for a customer. Every time I called on the phone, there was plenty of nice down home talking, but no results. There were also multiple times that I was promised a call back and did not receive one. I have been as patient as I could be with these guys, but I will NEVER do business with them again, because I am sick and tired of getting gasoline on my pants every day.
I should mention that I bought a part from them on Ebay which was delivered within a somewhat reasonable amount of time, but there is no doubt in my mind that the only reason that was the case is that they want good reviews on Ebay. Well, Tas Classic, Ebay isn’t the only place where reviews get written.
