If there were more stars to give, I would give them. My husband and I actually go to their new clinic that has just opened in Killeen. We have met with Dr. Malone and also Dr. Martincheck and they are both AMAZING doctors. They don’t ever rush us, and since my husband has cancer, we are dealing with a very emotional time in our lives, they know we are struggling financially and have done everything to help keep cost down. Our first impression of the practice was when I met Mary, their sales rep, at my PCP’s office. She was wonderful, very knowledgable about the practice, and took the time to listen to my story and our particular needs. Ruben the office manager, as well as the rest of the staff, are courteous, and they go above and beyond to help get us in and out quickly and easily. We never have to wait. If you live in the Killeen area and are looking for a pain management practice, you won’t find a better one. We switched from the «other» large practice in Killeen and now we are treated with kindness and compassion, the a patient should always be treated.

I come there for procedures and drive from Leander, TX. My daughter takes me, always with toddler in tow. Because people tend to forget to show up on time to collect those they have dropped off, the office generally has a policy of drivers staying in the lobby the whole time. My grandson is a very active, very smart 15 month old who bores easily and was cranky when I went on Apr. 16. A lovely and merciful angel, Miss La Prise, let my daughter know that as long as she stayed in the parking lot they could go out to the car where our Pavarotti could be entertained and snack freely, falling asleep gently. What a thoughtful and kind thing to do! I applaud her for being so understanding and kind and, again, part of the wonderful treatment I get from Advanced Pain Care both in Waco and in Round Rock.
