This was the worst experience I have ever encountered from a pizza delivery company ever. The location was 1.3 miles from my hotel and the pizza tracker said the pizza took 40 minutes to make and another 30 minutes to deliver. When the driver arrived he was extremely rude and said he ran into traffic … Really 1.3 miles in Waco, tx traffic. The pizza was cold and appeared to have been dropped. I called the store and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I called back and spoke with the manager Jasmine and she could have cared less. She told me in order to get a refund she would send the driver back to pick up the pizza and would credit me within 5 days. I am amazed at the effort and service this store seems to ignore. I plan to escalate to the owner. Such poor customer service and quality. Stay away

The Dominos staff here is awesome. I ordered a pizza for delivery and they got 2 of the toppings wrong and forgot to add the garlic on the crust. Sounds pretty bad but I decided to call and let them know. They delivered the next pizza asap, and even threw in a 2L Dr. Pepper free of charge. My girlfriend and I had Dr. Pepper everyday for a week! Anyway, most of the times I’ve ordered from this Dominos, they delivered the best pizza and I had never had any problems with messed up toppings. Dominos is my go to pizza place for watching The Walking Dead every week, keep up the awesome work!

one of the best Domino’s I have ever visited. The online site doesn’t always match up to in store wait time, but if there is ever an issue they fix it and with the exception of the Baylor rushes, wait time is less than 30 mins all the time. Don’t believe the negative online stuff, its not fast food, get over it.

This has to be the slowest pizza delivery I have every seen. My husband and I ordered for lunch. It was suppose to be delivered within 20 – 25 minutes. We called after 40 minutes to find out what the hold up was to be told by the manager that it was there in the store. When we asked how long it would be as we have truly live less than 2 miles away and didn’t want cold food. He made all sorts of excuses and was rude. After that we ordered from another pizza restaurant. Over an hour and half later someone showed up with the order. We apologized to the driver for making the trip since his supervisor didn’t cancel the order when we told him. It was a totally ridiculous experience.

This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten. I have been waiting here for over 2 hours for my ONE medium pizza and when I called them to find out why it was taking so long for my order they were rude and didn’t have any answers for me. I will NEVER order from here again. Food was sub-​par.

Average pizza, poor service. Usually takes forever for delivery and not much faster for carry out. They seem to get my order wrong most of the time too. I only keep coming back because it’s the closest pizza place around and I always receive coupons in the mail. At least they don’t burn the pizza.

I seriously love their thin crust pizza and we order the $ 7.99 Large 3 topping carry-​out special all the time. I don’t know if it’s because I live close by, but they are really fast so I’ve learned to be there 10 minutes earlier than what they tell me and it’s usually ready. I also love their wings! I didn’t know until recently they’re baked, but that’s ok. Sometimes they can be a little skimpy on the meat if I order delivery (2 medium 2 topping special but it has to be multiples of two). But overall I love their pizza.
