Extraco Event Center was holding a dinosaur exhibit for the community. Slightly high pricing for entry, decent amount of space for props/attractions and was held in a mid-sized city(Waco). Pros: –props varied in mechanical, interactive and stationary –8 activities to interact with –indoor/outdoor –Ride-a-dino for children –cleanly and regularly stocked restrooms –friendly staff –more than sufficient parking available –bouncy houses and sport related activity –fossil making –Green screen photos had very realistic backgrounds(6 to choose from) –appropriately timed educational video on dinosaur history(30 minutes) –decent traffic flow(averaging 100 people) –¾ hours of entertainment Cons: –long line for face painting, 1 hour wait, only 3 employees –one small concession without enough variety –over priced gift merchandise –VIP bracelet did not include all activities –Not enough seats to break from walking around the exhibit –One dinosaur had visible damage –fossil dig was sectioned off too far for average child to reach and fully enjoy –some dinosaur facts had too poor of lighting to read information clearly and without strain My overall rating on this event is a 4.4÷5.0. There were areas of improvement needed but nothing that would ruin kids and adults from having a good time. Definitely would suggest that the VIP bracelet include all activities, more seating, slightly lower pricing on merchandise(turn off on buying goods due to high prices), make the fossil dig more accessible(second most visited activity), 1 – 2 more staff needed in the face painting and fix lighting on a few of the dinosaur facts. I am leaving this positive review because children will have more than enough to keep them entertained.

Went here to see the Ringling Brothers circus. This was a nice small venue to see the show. We sat in a box seat in folding chairs to the side of the circus ring. We had a great view and the room where we were sitting was pretty reasonable. The facility was clean and the parking was close. It cost us $ 5 to park for this event.
