Im unfortunately to familiar with iPhone doctor as i have been there several times for my phone. While stoping in Waco to get gas i dropped my phone. I looked for a repair store near buy as i needed my phone to find where i was going to in Dallas. I was happy to see that they have stores in waco as in Austin so i went here sense i have always had a good experience at iPhone doctor. They told me it would be 30 minutes but they got it done in 7minutes. Long story short i was able to get down the road to faster then expected so I’m very happy

This place wasted my time. They took my phone on Monday and said that they where going to get it repaired and have it ready by Tuesday in the afternoon or Wednesday. I came back on Tuesday to see if it was ready and they said they had not got the part and that it was going to be ready on Wednesday. I came in on Wednesday and the secretary told me that it was not ready because supposedly the owner had not been able to get the part from the supplier. My phone was then just sitting there for two days with out getting fixed and then the secretary tells me that I will have to pay 50 dollars more to get it fixed. Why should I be penalized for their errors? I was upset in the customer service and the lack of attention they gave to me. I need my phone, as anyone can understand, and this was just unacceptable. Don’t go here because they are not professional at all.
