Love this place. Have previously lived at LL Sams, The Place, and The Outpost in Waco and this has been my best experience thusfar. Amenities are great (free Keurig coffee, fantastic pool/​barbecue area, movie theatre, etc.) as is management (Kelly, Brittany, and the maintenance staff are all positive people and go out of their way to make this a great place to live). As for the apartment units, they are spacious and well thought-​out (the layout of the kitchen is very intuitive) making for a very comfortable living experience.
