I haven’t used them and after that review I probably wont. If the electrician is not prepared and doesn’t have the right equipment and is gone for 3 hours, why pay them extra money to be gone looking for their equipment. Sounds like it s better to find a reliable electrician that has all of his equipment and or parts

This could be a long story but I will keep it brief. I think the quality of their work was OK but I would not have much trust in how they bill for what you get. I was overcharged at least $ 100 on a service call, so if I can’t trust that I will be billed fairly then I will look elsewhere for help in the future. I have a detached garage and lost power. I asked Mr Electric to come out and find what was wrong. Technician arrived and started troubleshooting. He didn’t have all the test equipment required and left for an hour. He came back and fiddled around for another hour, found a broken wire about a foot deep under ground. Left again for almost another hour, came back and spliced the wire, and added palstic electrical box. I didn’t receive a detailed invoice. I was charged $ 335 for a little over 2 hours of actual labor. I called the owner of the company the next day to complain. He decided I deserved half hour labor refund and sent me a check for $ 37. If you decide to get work done from this company, insure you get a solid quote before you have them start any work.
