This is the best one day cleaners and the only one in town!!! You would think as progressive as Wacoans pretend to be they only have one one day service in town! As great as their service is they can be the only one! Fast and not expensive. Friendly and great work. They have 3 locations but the one on Valley Mills is the main one. Makes you not feel so bad about being strapped for time!!!

I had 2 Blazers rush dry cleaned and Patrick had them done with plenty of time to spare! I walked in and he greeted me by name! Cannot say enough great things about this place!

I don’t get a lot of dry cleaning done, and I’ve only been here once. I love that they have a drive up line. They were fast both in taking my clothes and getting them cleaned. The only thing I’m not crazy about is having to pay for the cleaning ahead of time. I don’t know if that is standard practice in this industry in Waco, but I prefer to pay after the service is completed.

Service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Patrick’s sent me an email to let me know everything was ready within 24 hours. Best of all, your clothes don’t have that awful dry cleaning chemical smell afterwards. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Fast & fabulous!
Love Patrick’s store! Used to work with him & his wife in a former life, and these are hard-​working, honest folks who do things right… or make it right in the event of anything not to your liking.
Prices are great… far less than I’ve paid at several other establishments. The drive-​thru is SO awesome, as you never have to exit the car to drop off or pick up unless you just want to pop inside. Everyone is friendly & efficient, and Lupe’s Tailor Shop is right there if you need alterations or repair.
Another bonus is Patrick’s support of many local events and organizations — a real give-​back mentality.
Check out their China Spring location, and Patrick’s will open a 3rd location downtown this fall.

The customer service is great at Patrick’s. Every person I have interacted with has been extremely helpful. I was however disappointed in the product. Almost every shirt that we sent through looked like it had merely been pressed and not cleaned at all. I was told that collars and cuffs get checked for extra treatment and they all looked as dirty as when I brought them in.
I also brought in a pair of pants to get altered because of a ripped pocket. I had to send the pants back twice before it was actually ever repaired.
My advice, if you do bring your clothes here, double check them before you leave.

Hands down best in Waco.
The owner Patrick and his wife are always in the store and often greet me when I make a drop off or come in to pick up my clothes. I feel like having an owner that pays attention and clearly works hard with his employees comes through in the work they do for me.
They have a drive through so thats another bonus. I recommend Patricks to my friends and thought his store worthy of a review. If you’re looking for dry cleaning in Waco look no further.

I go to Patrick’s for all of my dry cleaning needs now. The prices are low, the staff is friendly, and I have never had a problem. My boyfriend’s parrot pooped on his jacket (gross, I know). Patrick’s had the jacket looking like new! I’ve brought them dresses, jackets, and blouses. I always get them back on time and looking great.
You can get alterations done at Lupe’s inside the business. However, Lupe does have his limits. My boyfriend got a large rip on a seam in his suede-​like jacket. Lupe could not fix it nor a broken zipper on the same jacket because it would require taking apart the jacket. I was a little surprised about that. Lupe recommended a place in Hillsboro that can do that kind of work. I would love to see Lupe’s Alterations expand so that they can handle larger, more difficult sewing problems.

I was a little nervous to take expensive suits to an unknown quantity in Waco, but I definitely trust these guys! I’ve been here several times now, and they’re always really nice, their service is quick, the place is clean, and my clothes come out great! Not to mention the prices are lower than a lot of other places (a definitely plus).
One thing I would note though: Unless you’re okay with a permanent sticker on the tag of your clothes, you’ll want to ask for «temporary heat seals» — otherwise the «heat seal» used to ID your clothes is permanently attached to the tag. The other Waco dry cleaner I tried (before these guys) did this, so apparently it’s not uncommon in Waco, but I’d never seen it done by any other place I’ve been to (in other cities). So, in case you’re like me — just a heads-​up.
Also: ask for a loyalty card — you get 10¢ off per piece!
