Really small mall but it seems to have the basics here. You can literally walk from one side of the mall to the other in minutes. They have what you need and most stores are very reasonable.

A surprise how nice the mall is. A lot of people seem to expect nothing of Waco, but after recent renovations its a good place to buy clothes. Most brand name stores are here.

Mall is pretty small. Everything you can find here you can probably find at your nearest waco walmart. Some part was under construction. No pacsun, zumiez.

For Waco, this mall is pretty good! I really liked that is has all the stores I shop at. The parking lot can be a little tricky for a new comer
There is a lot of changes coming, they seem to be upgrading the interior, I can’t wait to see it once it is done being under construction

I won’t be surprised if they get sued and shut down… My friend was with me in the mall he requires a seizure dog at age 12… The rent a cop security Garda kicked us out for having a pet even though it was a service animal in a mesh dog stroller so it would not touch the ground. We tried to explain and show the registration card but Mr. Former high school bully now drop out security guard just didn’t listen and made us leave… The boys parents contacted a woman who said she was a manager and said pretty much «no pets means no pets» even if there service animals… I have 1st hand seen 2 snakes on people’s necks as well as 3 dogs on leashes and a cat sonar visiting the mall… It should be noted all those ppl were Africa Americas & were not required to leave this happned last Sunday and if this is not resolved the boys family plans to fight this in court. UP YOUR RICHLAND MALL!!!

It’s a mall. That in itself means it can’t be worth more than 1 star.
This place was ok in the 1980s when it was built… now its just overrun by the hordes of residents from Hickville USA.

I thought this was a pretty good mall. Abercrombie, Hollister, Victoria’s Secret, Buckle, Express, Dillards, etc. but the winner for me was Auntie Anne’s Pretzles YUUUUMM
