Saddle Creek Dental

This is the only dentist I’ve ever been to who didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for having two different dental insurance companies. They are so helpful getting everything set up with both companies and will get you in ASAP if you are having an emergency. They are always friendly and sweet, they remember names, and the dentist is very friendly and laid back. They are 15 – 20 minutes from my house but worth the drive.

Dr Dod and his staff are very professional and thorough. I appreciate that he is not a drill happy dentist just to get your money. Highly recommend d this office. Thank you for the excellent care!

Fantastic facility, staff and doctors. Every time I’m here it’s a positive experience. The staff are very empathetic and the docs have a good sense of humor. Although I live in Hewitt, this place and these people are worth the drive!

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. The front desk knows you by name! The wait time is short and they always work with your schedule, Brooke does a great job with cleanings! Tiffany is an amazing assistant! Always willing to work with your personal needs. Dr. Jake is friendly and very professional he explains everything he’s going to do before doing it. By far best dental services in the area. Only place I will go!

Being someone that is not very fond of dentist from past experience, Dr. J. Moore and his staff made me feel comfortable. The staff greets you as soon as you walk through the door and check you in promptly. Office is very clean. I am very happy with the services that I received from this office. I do not have an ounce of anxiety coming into Saddle Creek dental.

By far the best dental office I have every been to. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful you forget that you’re at that dreaded dental appointment. The waiting room is nice but I rarely spend much time in there since they seat you so quickly. I grew up with a MAJOR fear of the dentist so I especially love the personal TV’s in each room to distract me. The hygienists are really good and make getting your teeth cleaned something to look forward to — I really love that just-​went-​to-​the-​dentist clean feeling! Dr. Jake and Dr. Dod are both great! They are straightforward about what you need and always try to provide you with options that will fit your budget. My son started getting his teeth cleaned here when he was 2 and LOVES it. He is always asking if it’s time to get his teeth cleaned again. Kids get to pick a prize out the treasure chest when they finish their cleaning which is a nice touch. I highly recommend Saddle Creek Dental!

I love my dentist! He has been my dentist since he opened his practice in 2007. The staff are friendly and greet me by name. Dr. Moore is personable and has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Moore was able to fix how my teeth meet. They didn’t used to meet. I also loved that I could get my crown put on my tooth in one trip.

I’m the kind of jerk who waits until the VERY last minute to do something about health crises. Well, let’s put it this way… I had perfect super-​straight cavity-​free teeth all my life, and all of a sudden at age 25, here comes this stupid wisdom tooth that comes in on an angle. It ends up shoving into my second molar (tooth #31) and creates a pocket where food festers and ends up rotting my precious molar away.
Fast forward three years, and three dentists’ «second opinions» later. I keep getting told by dentists that it will cost me at least $ 1500 to have the tooth extracted, packed, and that they INSIST I have a root canal done and my 2 wisdom teeth removed. (I was only born with 2 of the 4.) So I balk that the cost and ignore the problem until I wake up one night with the most EXCRUCIATING OH MY GOD THIS IS LIKE A JACKHAMMER IN MY EYES AND FACE KIND OF FEELING.
I call Saddle Creek 9AM on a Saturday morning, and they have me in within an hour. I ended up with the epic Dr. Jacob Moore and his extremely sympathetic, sweet assistants. Although I’m usually totally chill about having medical procedures, I have a massive uncontrollable body-​convulsing panic attack right then and there. He hooked me up with laughing gas (complimentary) and probably gave me a LOT of painkillers until I stopped feeling discomfort (which was also included). It took him a while to get me to calm down and get the tooth out, but he did an amazingly patient job. He was also extremely comparably priced compared to the other dentists in town!
The tooth healed beautifully, and he advised me to KEEP my wisdom tooth, which ended up being AWESOME because not only has it painlessly come in, it has started to move over to replace the spot where the tooth was extracted, and actually serves its purpose! :)

These people are great! I have been here 3 times in the past 2 years. I have done cleanings, extractions and two root canals… The office is very pleasant and so relaxing I nearly drifted to sleep during my last visit. Talk to Dr. Moore and his staff about any concerns or fears and they are incredibly helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this dentist!!!
