We hired these guys to rekey a lock that we had lost a key to. They had to pick the lock, then remove the deadbolt and replace it.
Not only were they fast and professional, but they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They worked well with our schedule, and since we had to have a third party come and pick up the lock, they were most accommodating of that as well!
I really appreciated their professional service.
Our locksmith was named Hollis, and he did a fantastic job. These guys are my new locksmiths!

After they assured me they would cut my own blanks if I brought them there for a small fee, I purchased 2 transponder blanks elsewhere for my car and brought them to be cut. They cut one, and tried it in my car. It would not turn. They blamed the blank, saying it was too thick and I needed to get one from them for 50.00. Upon closer inspection it was clear the key they cut was exactly the same, except it was cut incorrectly. I returned and showed the difference in the cut and all they would say was that I needed one of their blanks, for 50.00. Frustrated, I took the other blank I had left to Wal-Mart (By the way their blanks are 35.00) and they graciously cut it for me. It works perfectly. Therrell should be ashamed. I will take my business elswhere.

Extremely friendly and quick service. Plus cheaper than Lowes! I recently had keys made at Lowes and had to return them bc they were completely wrong. I found these guys and am completely satisfied with their work. Really nice guys!!!

I recently moved from Missouri to Texas. I bought a safe in Missouri and had it loaded directly into the truck, I never touched it until I got to Texas. Something was broke on it as it would not open, I called the warranty and they sent Therrell out.
Therrell called ahead of time to ensure I was home, drove an hour out to my door, and was polite and courteous the entire time. They were very knowledgeable and helpful; even giving me tips on how to get my safe into my house. The two employees were quick to diagnose the problem and even called the manufacturer on my behalf.
I give this company my highest recommendation.
