I had to put a start to post this. Mike had an accident and had to retire from the handyman business. He sold the company to another individual who I have not dealt with so please don’t take this one star as a review on his work. Mike told me he would not sell to someone that he did not trust to do a good job so give the new guy a try and post here to let us know.

I live in Houston, but own a condo in Waco I rent out to college students. Mike is a lifesaver! Whatever I need, he is out there to fix it — no matter how small. I text him and he responds ASAP. In addition he is very accommodating to the students’ schedule. He has very reasonable rates, is professional and a nice man. I feel very fortunate to have him. Did I mention he is a lifesaver?

Called Mike on a Tuesday, and we scheduled an appointment for a Thursday at 9:30 am. He showed up at 9: 10 am and got right to work. He was clean, pleasant, and professional. He completed my two projects in 90 minutes and did one extra touch up job. The touch up required a little caulking and painting. He applied the caulk, left, and came back two hours later, painted, and was done. What a pleasure to do business with someone who actually shows up and does an A-​1 job. I will definitely use again and will refer to my friends. His rates are quite reasonable.
